会泽铅锌矿位于扬子地台西南缘，康滇地轴东部，西部为小江断裂，东部受昭通—曲靖隐伏断裂所限。矿床经历了热水沉积和热液叠加改造及多期构造动力改造作用，形成了由矿山厂、麒麟厂、大水井大型铅锌矿床及小型银厂坡银铅锌矿床等组成的会泽铅锌矿床集中区。
本文在学习总结前人工作成果的基础上，对会泽矿床的地质学、矿石学、矿物学、地球化学、同位素年代学等方面特征进行了研究和总结，并探讨了矿床的成矿规律，初步建立了成矿模式。通过成矿规律和构造控矿的研究，结合宏观和微观研究，获得以下主要成果:
（1）方解石的Sm-Nd同位素年代为226±15Ma，闪锌矿的Rb-Sr同位素年代为224.8±1.2Ma，经分析显示成矿年代和峨眉山玄武岩活动年代相近。
（2）通过矿区的铅同位素研究结果显示，会泽铅锌矿区矿石硫化物铅同位素组成与围岩碳酸盐岩相近，且与分布围岩中的浸染状黄铁矿一致，矿石铅同位素数据具有明显线性相关趋势，表明成矿金属具有“多来源”特征。
（3）通过对矿区岩矿石的同位素、流体包裹体、微量元素和稀土元素分析结果的研究，结合矿床地质特征与MVT矿床特征的对比，探讨了成矿的物理化学环境和成矿物质来源，提出了会泽铅锌矿床为密西西比河谷型（MVT）成矿模式。
（4）在综合研究的基础上，系统总结了成矿预测准则，提出了成矿的有利靶区，分析了预测区内的找矿前景。

In this paper, the study summed up the results of previous work on the basis of Huize deposits geology, mineral science, mineralogy, geochemistry, geochronology isotope characteristics of such areas as research and conclusion, and to explore the mineralization of the deposit laws the initial establishment of a metallogenic model. Through the ore-forming ore-control laws and structural studies, combined with macro-and micro-studies, the following main results:
(1) calcite of Sm-Nd isotopic age for the 226 ± 15Ma, the sphalerite Rb-Sr isotopic chronology for 224.8 ± 1.2Ma, after analysis showed that age and metallogenic age of Emeishan basalt similar activities.
(2) through the mining of lead isotope studies showed that Huize lead-zinc sulphide ore zone with the lead isotopic composition of carbonate rock similar to the distribution of rock with disseminated pyrite in the same ore lead isotope data a clear trend of linear correlation, indicating that the metal forming a &multi-source& characteristics.
(3) mining of rocks and minerals of the isotopes, fluid inclusions, trace elements and rare-earth element analysis of the results of research, combined with geological characteristics and contrast characteristics of MVT deposits, the mineralization of physical and chemical environment and source material, Huize proposed for the Mississippi Valley lead-zinc deposit-type (MVT) mineralization model.
(4) on the basis of comprehensive, systematically summed up the criteria for forming the forecast, made a favorable ore-forming target, an analysis of forecast prospecting area.
