利用导数研究曲线上某点切线：1、利用导数求曲线的切线方程．求出y=f(x)在{{x}_{0}}处的导数f′(x)；利用方程的点斜式写出切线方程为y-{{y}_{0}} =f′({{x}_{0}})（x-{{x}_{0}}）．2、若函数在x={{x}_{0}}处可导，则图象在({{x}_{0}}，f({{x}_{0}}))处一定有切线，但若函数在x={{x}_{0}}处不可导，则图象在（{{x}_{0}}，f({{x}_{0}}））处也可能有切线，即若曲线y =f(x)在点({{x}_{0}}，f({{x}_{0}}))处的导数不存在，但有切线，则切线与x轴垂直．3、注意区分曲线在P点处的切线和曲线过P点的切线，前者P点为切点；后者P点不一定为切点，P点可以是切点也可以不是，一般曲线的切线与曲线可以有两个以上的公共点，4、显然f′（{{x}_{0}}）＞0，切线与x轴正向的夹角为锐角；f′（{{x}_{0}}）＜o，切线与x轴正向的夹角为钝角；f({{x}_{0}}) =0，切线与x轴平行；f′({{x}_{0}})不存在，切线与y轴平行．
【求可导函数极值的步骤】（1）求导数f'\left({x}\right)&；（2）求f'\left({x}\right)=0的根；（3）检查f'\left({x}\right)在方程根左右的值的符号，如果左正右负，那么f\left({x}\right)在这个根处取得极大值；如果左负右正，那么f\left({x}\right)在这个根处取得极小值．
函数y=f\left({x}\right)&中表示自变量x和因变量y之间的对应关系的表达式称为函数的解析式．函数的表示方法有三种：解析法:&用数学表达式表示两个变量之间的对应关系．图象法:&用图象表示两个变量之间的对应关系．列表法:&列出表格来表示两个变量之间的对应关系．

m/2+2=2(m-1/2)
m/2+2=2m-1
x的方程(m+2)x的m-1次方+5=0 是一元一次方程
代入后面方程化简：（30x - 53）(x - 1) = 0。
x = 53/30 和 x = 1 。
设正方形边长为x cm，
则 4x=5(x-4)
即 4x=5x-20
则所求长条面积为 4x=80(cm)
