新学期的第一节语文课上，为了尽快和学生熟悉起来，尽快了解他们的个性特点，我让他们上讲台来做自我介绍，介绍内容包括自己的姓名。毕业学校和自己的兴趣爱好。我采取随意点人的方式。
我拿着一份学生名单随意念到： “刘伟”。全班同学哈哈大笑,我莫名其妙,心想这个学生有什么特殊情况吗?抬眼看时，只见一个看上去挺活泼可爱的男同学摇摇摆摆。嬉皮笑脸得走上了讲台，从他看似很油滑的表情动作上我看出他是个很倔强的男孩，尽管下面的学生都在笑他，他却依然一脸笑容，满不在乎。微红的脸上看出他也有些害羞。他站到讲台前说了自己的姓名和毕业学校,便笑嘻嘻的看着班里的同学,不再说话，班里学生也是看着他笑，有的还在逗他。看着他毫不在乎的样子和班里同学对他的态度，我心理在揣摩着他在同学心目中的一个什么样的人。我没有批评他，而是心平气和地引导他：“ 说说你的兴趣爱好吧！”他还是一脸不在乎的说：“我喜欢上网、玩电脑。”底下同学又是一阵轰笑，他却更是得意的看着底下同学，又看着我咧着嘴笑。一副顽皮相,我没有发火,而是又顺着他的话说：“ 原来你的特长是电脑，电脑的用途实在是太大了，给我们带来的方便实在是太多了，现代社会不懂电脑的人就是文盲,你懂电脑,你便比别人多一个脑子，好好利用你的大脑吧!请坐下!”他听我如此的说,有些吃惊，收敛了笑容,回到了座位，班里同学也不在哄笑他，似乎对他有了新的看法。我便继续我的自我介绍内容。
这节课后。我发现这个学生在我跟前不是那么太油了。通过向周围同学了解和逐渐的和他接触，我渐渐的了解，原来他是个脾气很倔的孩子，老师的批评从来不听，老师也拿他没办法了，渐渐的在同学的印象中他就是个不可救药的小油皮子了。其实，稍微耐心点就会发现，他是个很有个性，很有自己的主张、轻易不会接受别人的批评的人，我想正面批评他他不但不会接受，还会造成他的逆反抵触，以后更没办法和他交流。必须要换个方式来帮助他进步。
一次作文训练我发现他的作文写的很真实，很直白，虽然内容比较简单，但是思路特别简洁、流畅。我便在作文课上把他的作文当范文读给全班同学听，当时班里同学都带着怀疑的神情听他的文章，。。。。。。。。。（不够字了~~~~(>_<)~~~~
