没有help somebody doing的说法，只有help somebody do的说法。help后面，一般接动词不定式，只有在can't help doing中接的是动名词。如果help的主语参与宾语的动作，其后用不带to的动词不定式作补语，如果help的主语不参与宾语的动作，后面作补语的动词不定式，to可有可无。如：She often helps her mother clean the rooms.她经常帮助母亲打扫房间。Thomas helped his father carry the box upstairs.汤马斯帮助父亲把箱子搬上了楼。This book helped me to see the truth.这本书帮助我了解了事实的真相。The policy helps the people there to develop agriculture.这项政策帮助那里的人发展农业。Music can help you relax after a whole day's hard work.一天紧张工作之余，听听音乐能帮助你放松。
