首先根据这段话的语言结构，可以判断出讲话的人并不是以英语为第一语言的，很有可能是中国人，因为have pressure+ have sth for the first time这样的表述不太地道。另外，这句话在语法上毫无逻辑可言，没有语法章法。基于以上两点可以判断出这句话不是老外随性的口语化表达，而是国人在用chinglish有意而为之。综上，翻译如下：“为什么你第一次就有了，你告诉我这是（你的）第一次，我很有压力！”
