文学翻译发挥着在不同国家间发展文化交流的作用。然而，对于如何衡量
文学翻译结果，即文学翻译作品的质量，不同的翻译评论家对衡量标准有着截
然不同的观点。本文旨在通过语用学观点来评价翻译作品，并具体以杨苡和方
平分别所译‘呼啸山庄》进行分析比较。通过对这两个译本的比较，本文试图
找出它们各自的优点和不足之处，并进一步找出影响翻译结果的各种因素。在
对作者、译者、的语读者群及他们综合形成的环境因素，即的语文本中的语境
做尝试性讨论的基础上，本文讨论了如何通过语用学途径对文学翻译作品进行
客观可行的评价工作，也希望能对相关领域的研究者们有所启发。
