目前应该没有可比性，育英可以明确实验班和平行班，而13中分校作为公办校现在应该不会明确是否实验班。
如果两个都是实验班，不差钱选育英。如果两个都是平行班，选13中分校。
如果你的孩子成绩中等以上，选实验班。中等以下选平行班。
