今天遇到6RA70 报F067 故障,检查1:温度传感器OK 2: 温度监控正常.3: 风扇正常. 但还是会报故障,特别是在停机后重新开机.请问;还有什么原因? 一般应该怎么处理?利用参数怎么处理?
1、楼主是如何知道D1:温度传感器OK 2: 温度监控正常.‖的？
你是如何判断出它们是正常的。
2、我建议楼主――
1）通过参数r013来看看散热器的实际温度值；
2）通过参数r949看看故障值到底是多少，这样才好进行故障定位及排查。
是否真的如你所说。风机转吗？
风扇的转速，轴承情况是否正常？
拆下来检查下。如果这些都正常你拿西门子那里修吧。
调出r013显示当前整流器温度值。重新启动时，注意观察该参数显示是否正常，突变吗？如果突变就可能是传感器的问题，如果没有突变，显示正常，还报警停机，就可能是检测有问题了，只能报修了.
6RA70在励磁换向时，励磁断路器跳闸或烧励磁模块
我厂是轧钢厂，有时用反转倒车，倒完车再打回正传时：（励磁断路器跳闸或烧模块）
我认为接触器再换向时，70已经停止输出，怎没会跳闸或烧模块呢？
很可能是切换励磁的接触器有问题。
应该用较大容量的直流接触器，否则拉弧时容易造成短路，模块就烧了。交流的就更不行了，几下子就over了。
通常过流可能是pid超调造成，但您的设备以前正常，所以不是主要怀疑对象。
我见过励磁反向的，往往在励磁绕组并联一个几十欧姆的电阻丝，以减小感性，使之偏向阻性。
励磁回路串联电阻较大所致。
建议不要优化励磁，优化的时候电机转速很高啊。
如果要优化，把电机拆下来优化。
看现象，是励磁短路了！
你用的是励磁电流控制方式吗？
系统选型是否较小啊！
1、检查励磁回路阻抗值是否正常，是否比额定值大或小很多,是否存在异常情况如励磁回路短路；
2、在做完了1中检测发现无误的话，建议重新做一次励磁的优化运行。
检查励磁进线侧加了电抗器没有,没有就加一个。或者说，进线侧电抗器可能太小了
r047故障代码
各 代表什么意思？
r949.009 的 各个代码值代表什么意思？
当一个故障信息被激活，有关故障原因详细信息被存入参数r047 中。
在r047.001中的值称为故障值，它存贮在r949 中。它也包含属于老故障信息的故障值，当发生下个故障
信息时，在r047 中的值重写。
不同类型的故障，r047 对于的1、2、3、4等故障值代表的意义也是不同的，你需要对照使用手册D故障和报警‖那一章来看。
而故障值被分配给参数r949 的相应变址中的每一个故障号，这就提供了有关故障类型的进一步的信息。r949中的故障数值，对于不同的参数，使我们可以进行更多详细的故障诊断。
故障的分项代码
6R70从EMF方式改为编码器方式,执行优化时,抱F055或F050.我想问个问题.做弱磁优化时,与控制方式无关吧?比如速度和转矩方式?编码器如果安装的好没问题的话,应该只要改P083=2.与相应的参数?赐教!
1 先在P947中查出故障代码，在进一步分析
2 emf反馈不能弱磁运行，要用编码器
F055无磁化曲线，说明你在弱磁优化前运行装置了，且此时还将P81设成1了。这是次序的问题。 弱磁优化在EMF和码盘反馈下都能执行，我想既然电机有码盘还是使用码盘反馈的好，这样精度会高一些。最好不要在转矩方式下对装置进行弱磁优化，因此时转矩限幅有可能是零，造成D优化运行不可能‖。
F050优化运行不可能，可检查R047中的值进一步判断原因。
用emf反馈是不能弱磁和弱磁优化
6R70超速或F040故障.
EMF控制,励磁恒定接入,转矩控制方式,直接由外部电位器给定,先让直流机输出100%额定转矩,启动变频器带动交流电机运行至大概34HZ时,报超速或F040故障.(交直流电机对拖.) 还有个问题P115设置的大小与报超速有什么大的关系?
1、F040可以不用管它，只是因为在故障存在且没有被复位的情况下，切断电子板供电电源造成。
2、在EMF控制模式下，超速和P115的值是有关系，P115设置的越小，越容易报超速。
