Extremely pleased
I left my car for a week. During that time there were two snow storms. My flight home was cancelled and rescheduled. Landed in a blizzard. My bags were heavy. I traveled alone and am a senior citizen. Albany Park and Ride made my adjustments smoothly, carried my bags and I returned to a cleaned off, warm car. After two days of trying to get home that was even more appreciated.

WAY better than airport parking
Been using PRF in Albany, NY for many yeah and have always had very good experiences.
Fast, efficient, freindly, and cheaper than the airport.
[Used the airport parking service once: No enclosed area to wait in when waiting for the shuttle to take you to departure g upon reurn they dumped me off before I could fine my car - my fault for not remembering but it was after midnight and about 20 degrees out - won't do that again.]

We love your park and fly always so easy to use check in is a breeze. We are always greeted with the drivers and they come and grab our luggage and load it into the bus and always helping unload our suitcases at the airport. And pick up is so easy just text them and the bus is there by the time we walk out of the airport and then when we get back to the park and fly they load our suitcase into our car that’s already running to be warm without being asked. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. We always look forward to come and know our car will be safe

Seamless operation.
We just moved to this area and this was the first time we flew out of Albany.
I would highly recommend park/ride/fly.
It is an easy on/off I87.
The staff is friendly and effecient.
Returned from the Bahamas after a significant snowfall and 10 degree temps at 11PM.
The snow was cleared, the engine running, the heat turned on and sitiing 20 feet after exiting shuttle.
It was a seamless operation.
I am sure we will use park/ride/fly everytime we fly out of Albany.

P R F is the best
When we fly, it’s a no-brainer to use Park Ride Fly. They make the beginning and end of our trip so easy, starting with our online reservation, then help with our luggage, quick (immediate!) comfortable van ride to and from the airport. And last night, we returned to temps in the teens and our car was waiting for us all nice and warm and the snow from the storm had been cleared from the car. Thank you!

Long term parking
Good alternative to airport parking for long term storage.
I like having the security of Park and Fly for long term parking. I also like the shuttle service for the ease of handing luggage and having the car ready to go when when returning.

Excellent travel experience
Albany Park & Fly is extremely convenient - right off the Northway. We drop the car and are shuttled to the airport - no hassle. The best part when returning from a January vacation to warmer climates, though, is coming back to the car warmed up and ready for you to head home. It's just a few dollars a day more than Lot E, but so very worth it!

I highly recommend the Albany Park and Ride service. They couldn't have made my trip much more easy or convenient. I very much enjoyed coming back to a warm car after the shuttle ride from the airport to the Park and Ride location, and they made the drop off and pick up of my car very simple and quick. A No Brainer
I always use Park and Fly.
It is so nice to get dropped off and picked up at the terminal instead of having to park and lug all the baggage in to the airport from the parking garage.
Having a nice warm car to get into in the colder weather is the best.
The staff is always so kind and helpful.
I had a coupon code which was great and even made it cheaper to use Park and Fly than the cost of long term parking.

We'll definitely be back
we made our reservation on line prior to the date, we drove to facility and shuttle was waiting for us for ride to airport, staff was friendly and helpful in spite of the very early hour.
We arrived home 2 weeks later, and immediately after retrieving our luggage we walked out to the shuttle and quickly we were at our vehicle, it was started and warmed up for us.
No waiting, no hassle, no moving luggage on our own.
We have used ParkRideFly many times in the past and we alwaysl return to a vehicle ready for us to hop into for the ride home.
We think this is a great value and gives us peace of mind when we travel, we will be using again.

WE use Albany Park n Fly every time we Fly. We always get Great Customer service from Everyone. This last trip we were delayed returning home due to hurricane IRMA by

Mechanic on site if you ever need one!
My car overheated on the way to the Park and Fly. The staff there made sure I felt confident that the car would be ok. The mechanic, Kenny, called me the next day and he repaired the vehicle for a reasonable rate. The car was fixed and ready to go upon my return. Always great service at the Albany, NY Park and Fly. We made online reservations and able to receive a discount rate using AARP.
We arrived to the Albany Park & Fly on 2/20/17 @ 6:00 am, greeted by three employees.
They sent me in to check in while they removed our bags from the vehicle.
Check in was quick and smooth.
The bus took us to the airport and the driver very polite, knowledgeable and humorous.
Pick up went just as smooth.
The bus was waiting for us.
It was a full bus with people and suitcases but the driver was fantastic.

I Rely on Park and Fly
I always use Park and Fly instead of parking at the airport, because it's a great value for our money, convenient, and reliable. I don't have to worry about the stress of finding a parking spot at the airport. The drivers are always nice, and they drop us off across from the entrance to the airline. Often we come back from our trips late, and Park and Fly is a 24/7 operation. In the winter, they warm up the car and clean off any snow or ice that may have built up when we are gone. I rely on Park and Fly when I travel.

Best way to go
Check in was quick and efficient.
Employees met us at the car, took our luggage to heated van both ways, driver both ways (same one) was courteous, friendly and helpful with reminders about the procedure on our return.
Nice to have the car warm and snow-cleared on our arrival back in Albany.

Wonderful Experience Every time
we dropped our car off for our southwest flight to florida.
we were greeted with smiles, very professional and pleasant and we have been customers of this service for years because it is such a wonderful way to kick off our vacations.
We never wait long for shuttle service after we return to the airport and again very nice way to end our vacations.
In this instance it had snowed heavily and when we got into our car, it was warm, car was brushed off and ready to roll.

Stressfree Parking
Our first experience using Park, Ride & Fly was stress free & extremely convenient.
Check-in was quick. Within minutes our keys were turned in, our luggage was loaded on the shuttle & we were on our way to the airport.
The staff was very friendly & helpful.
Upon our return, after a quick call, our shuttle was there to pick us up.
After sitting outside for a week, during freezing rain & snow, our car was cleaned off, warmed up and ready to go when we returned to pick it up.
We will definitely use Park, Ride, Fly again!

A MUST in the winter
I recommend PR&F to everyone I know going on an extended trip. This is especially true in the winter when weather can make or break your parking, pick up & potential snow-clearing. We love that we are able to text our claim number prior to baggage pick up. The shuttle is waiting for us outside of baggage claim and our car is cleared off and warm upon getting to PR&F headquarters. Everyone is nice and quick to assist with our luggage. Everyone is very cognizant that we are traveling with two small children and encourage us to make their comfort, ease and safety a priority while PR&F employees take care of the rest.

Everything was handled efficiently -- there was no waiting, which is much appreciated when making connections at the airport. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and had a good attitude. We arranged to have our car washed and vacuumed while we were gone, and what a fine job was done! Nice to have a clean, warmed-up car to come home to.

Satisfied New Customer.
It's hard to write a glowing review about a parking facility, But when i compare with all the other parking experiences I have had I can only say I am sold and will only use park-ride-fly from now on. They only do what they advertise but they do it in a very efficient and comfortable manner. The other option is the long term parking where I park in a sea of vehicles, unload my suitcases from my car, and trudge to the waiting location until the shuttle picks me up. In inclement weather this quickly becomes an issue. However, worse is when I arrive back and wait in line in the weather waiting for a shuttle to arrive. Then a struggle to load up the shuttle with all the other waiting people. So a shuttle full of people meanders through ALL of the parts of the huge parking lots, one by one dropping people off until finally your stop. With Park-ride-fly I had no wait as I called when we started deboarding the plane. And eveyone just goes to one spot where cars are waiting all warmed up. Sorry for the long tale but I was so pleasantly surprised by just a parking experience I just can't say enough and highly recommend.

Extremely Helpful
Because we were traveling with a physically challenged person, they were very helpful.
They offered to drive our vehicle to the airport to drop us off and they told us they could pick us up with our vehicle at the airport.
This was very helpful, I didn't realize they would do this.

Service was great ! As soon as I arrived was greeted by drivers came to my car as soon as I pulled in parking lot took out my luggage loaded onto shuttle . Great first experience
This was first experience with this service and from start to finish we were treated very well with staff helping with luggage to the point of helping us to put in car. The drivers in both cases very good and got us there both quickly and safely. They thanked us for choosing and using there service and hoped we would do so in the future. The good news is that we had a great experience and again will be using there service early next year. Highly recommended.

It is an extremely valuable service for several reasons:

Very pleased with the service received.

I wish I could remember the name of the man who drove us to the Southwest check-in on Friday, September 2, 2016.
Besides helping us with our luggage, he went above and beyond.
When he was putting our luggage into the van, he asked if we got everything out of our car.
My husband and I both said &yes&.
We are just about to go through security when I remembered that I left my jacket on the back seat of my car.
I called your office and told the man (not sure if he is the one who drove us to the airport) who answered the phone what happened.
He said someone would meet us at the drop-off location across from the Southwest check in.
This man was so kind to go out of his way for strangers.
We have been using Park Ride and Fly for many and years and will certainly continue to do so.

Very satisfied customer
In my opinion, for extended parking at Albany airport, your facility is the only option. I make reservations on line so check-in is incredibly easy and fast. There is no wait to get to the terminal and upon return, I have never had to wait more than 2 minutes to be picked up.
My bags are handled on both ends and the driver is always pleasant.

Denver trip review
I have used tha Albany Park/Ride/Fly before and each time it has been a good experience. The luggage is taken care of, the check in is easy and the ride to the airport is immediate.
In the winter, my car was brushed clean of snow and it was warm to get into. This summer trip, the car was cool from the air conditioning and it couldn't have been easier! Personnel are friendly and very competent. I will use the Albany/Park/Fly again!

I have used this business for 15 years plus. Would never go anywhere else. When the 9/11 tragedy took place and I was unable to pick up my car until four days
past the reservation date due to being stuck in Miami with no way to get back to Albany, your company didn't charge me for the extra days. I will never forget that. I wrote numerous letters to editors of local papers telling how wonderfully I was treated and recommending your company, I wasn't wrong then and will always remain loyal to you.

Texting the ticket # before picking up my bags was quick and easy, much better than the old way of phoning once you had your bags.
The shuttle was waiting for me and left immediately.
The drivers both ways were very pleasant and helped to lift my heavy bag into my waiting car. All in all the service could not have been better.

You guys are the best!!!
I made the reservation, took my car in and before I knew it, I was on the plane heading for Florida.
Didn't worry about the car at all.
Didn't even think about the car.
When I came back, I didn't call them until I received my bag, went outside by the area where they pick you up and called them, gave them the claim number and the woman told me that a driver was on his way.
In a couple of minutes, there he was.
I love this place...I will use them over and over again.
Also, everyone, I mean everyone is so, so nice.

A very positive experience. Service was fast and efficient and all the people involved were very friendly and courteous. When we got back we were tired and anxious to get home. The shuttle was at the airport in a very reasonable amount of time and when we got to the parking facility we were in our car with our luggage and on the road in no time, a very much appreciated service!

As an older woman I was happy to receive help with lifting the bag out of the trunk when I checked in . Also the driver placed my bag in the trunk on my return.Both drivers were pleasant and helpful. I also want to commend the weekend scheduler, Steve, who lives in Rensselaer. He is always so kind to me on the phone and walks me through the scheduling process so easily. Good job guys!!

Our luggage was unloaded from our car as we checked in. All the guys were extremely courteous and efficient. We then boarded the shuttle with a very friendly driver. The complete process took place within a matter of minutes. Once we arrived at the airport, the driver helped with our luggage and showed us exactly where we needed to go next. So helpful. When we came back from our trip we waited a very short time for the shuttle and we were again greeted with a very nice driver, helpful staff. AND we got into a warm car! That was so appreciated coming from 80 deg. temps to 22 deg.

I don't normally do reviews....
I don't normally do reviews, but it's worth taking the time for this one.
I fly out of Albany Airport 3 or 4 times each year, and a reservation for my car at Albany Park & Fly is part of that routine.
I may not rate as a frequent flier, but Albany Park & Fly treats me like one.
Flying is not as much fun as it used to be, and leaving my car with them takes a few worries off my plate - in fact it's usually the most pleasant part of the traveling portion of my trip.
It's really hard coming back to winter weather after visiting my daughter in Texas, and my car is always cleaned off, running and warm.
The pricing is reasonable and the staff courteous and professional, without exception.
Every time I fly out of Albany, I will use Albany Park and Fly.

No Other Aiport Parking Facility Begins to Compare ot Albany, NY
All personnel are cordial and professional 24/7 for check-in and pick-up in Albany, NY.
We arrive and before we can open our car doors one or more drivers are greeting us and asking what luggage they can load onto the shuttle. Check-in process in the office is always smooth.
Pickup at the airport is a quick response time and when we arrive at the parking facility especially in the winter the car heater is on, snow is cleaned off the entire car and it is backed into the parking space for easy departure.
We do not even get any where close to the same service at other parking facilities as we receive in Albany.
The price is in-line and lower compared to other parking facilities throughout the USA.
The computer on-line e-mail offers are timely to up coming trips and along with the points program assist in lower the overall price.
We recommend to all our friends who fly out of Albany to use their service.
A smile and a kind word, from the employees at Albany ParkRideFlyUSA go a long way at the beginning and the end of the day.
Other airport parking facilities should have their personnel come and attend your personnel training program and implement your outstanding customer service.

Easy peasey
Had a great experience with Albany Park, Ride and Fly.
It's so easy!
I made the reservation online and spent a total of 5 minutes at the facility on the way out of town.
I texted them when I landed and they picked me up and had my truck warm and waiting upon my return.
All for about $13/day.
This is the only way to park, ride and fly during mid-Winter break in Upstate NY.

The best. Simply the best.
Abany Park Ride and Fly is simply the best run business I deal with anywhere, ever. The shuttle at the facility is always waiting, with a driver who takes the luggage from your car. Checking in is fast. Within 6-8 minutes from arrival, you are at the terminal. You call for the shuttle on return BEFORE you get your luggage, so it's almost always waiting, along with your warm car. For reasonable fees, they will arrange for car servicing while you are gone. Plus discounts and rewards points. I arrange to fly from Albany just for the parking.

Great service
This is the first time utilizing this service at Albany International Airport after a friend said he used it and had a great experience. We dropped the car off early in the morning before our flight and within 10
minutes we were on a shuttle to the airport. They took care of our luggage right up to the terminal.
When we returned 12 days later I texted the reservation from the plane after landing, walked out to the pickup area and there was a shuttle waiting, he checked to see if any other families were ready for pickup, found there were none and radioed that he was bringing me to my car. The car was started and warming up when I got there, the driver took care of my 3 pieces of luggage and I was on my way back to the airport, my wife was retrieving our checked baggage and I was there when she walked out the door. The only regret is I didn't have them wash the car for us, we will the next time. We will use this service every time we travel. The driver was very courteous and helpful.

Great Experience.
Check in was very quick.
We literally parked the car and someone was there to assist with loading our baggage into the bus while I went into the office.
We were probably only there a total of 5 minutes.
Our return was just as good.
I called the office when we landed and the bus was there waiting for us after we picked up our baggage.
When we got to our car, it was already warmed up and running.
Total time was less then 5 minutes.
We would definitely use their services again.

One step beyond terrific
I have used this service many times and all the drivers and desk staff are so friendly and efficient. This time they went one step beyond terrific.
My battery went dead while the car was parked.
They not only jump started the car but then charged the battery for 1.5 hours and left me a message about the service.

I always use Albany Park Ride & Fly when I travel.
It is incredibly convenient, and in my opinion competitively priced in comparison with airport parking.
The staff is very professional and friendly.

Wonderful Service
We use park, ride and fly whenever we travel.
It may cost a bit more than the remote lots but the service is well worth it.
We got in at 1:15 a.m. this morning and the van was waiting for us when we came out, our car was ready and the driver put our bags in the car as the always do.
We are always very happy with the service we receive.

Excellent Service
I have used only the Albany New York facility over the past 5 years and have always had excellent service.
Not once did I have to wait for the vehicle nor did I have any difficulties.
I particularly like the new means of using the mobile phone to text in the ticket number and receive an immediate reply.

Best parking choice for Albany Airport
This is the easiest parking service to use for Albany Airport.
You never wait for a shuttle in either direction, you don't have to find a parking spot at the facility and you don't have to remember where you parked.
No snow, no cold seats and everyone is pleasant, friendly and can't wait to assist you.

Highly Recommended
This is a wonderful and safe place to keep your car when you are away.
They are quick to get you to the airport.
A convenient text or call option once you arrive, and then a quick trip back to pick-up your car, which will be ready and waiting for you (nice and warm -- for those winter months).

I am a regular user of Park, Ride and Fly.
I love having my car ready and waiting.
I usually get a deal through my email just at the right time.
The drivers are courteous, friendly and very helpful.
I know it's cheaper in the E lot at the airport, but I'd pay for the extras that Park, Ride and Fly provides.
