孩子2010年初中毕业，中考成绩刚上联招线601分（重庆的联招线595分），但高中入学后，第一次月考成绩太差，各科都不及格，当时还以为在新的环境下有一个适应过程，但期末考试同样差，也是各科都不及格，数学成绩才40分，通过家长了解，学校高中要求相当严，孩子每天也没贪玩，整天除了吃饭都在上课，每周只休息一天，孩子说数学课她根本听不懂，唉，真急，请有同样经验的朋友交流下，孩子该怎样继续学习？
我是一名大学生，中考之后成绩优秀上的本地的重点高中，您的这种情况我妹妹也碰到过，如果是各科成绩都比较差，那么说明情况已经相当严重了。
我的建议是，现在已经放寒假了，先让孩子在春节前几天轻松一下，让亲戚们劲量少谈或者不谈他的学习成绩，不要把孩子的成绩同其他同龄人的成绩做比较，不然容易让孩子产生自卑感或者逆反心理。春节之后与孩子好好谈谈，了解事情具体情况。
成绩不好可能存在很多种情况：
一、可能是学习能力比较差，接受能力比较差。高中上课的进度不比初中，老师教学进度比较快，作业也相对比较多，如果接收知识不完整，每天都有新的知识掌握不了，循环反复，越积越多，会让成绩越来越差。
这样的情况就需要一套好的学习方法。以下是我自己的一套学习方法，希望能给您的孩子带来一些帮助：
（1）首先是学会预习。预习是非常重要的，可以知道这一课时讲什么内容的，也可以知道这一课有哪些知识是自己已经了解的，哪些知识之前不了解现在了解了，又有哪些只是，只知道“是什么”，而不知道“为什么”，然后用不同颜色的笔，不同的符号做好记号，上课的时候重点听老师讲解。
另：建议同一类的问题用同一种颜色和同一种记号，例如说，预习的时候用铅笔，老师讲课的时候用黑笔，复习的时候用蓝笔，做题错误的知识点或者经常考察的重点用红笔，关键词用彩笔。不懂得用问号，似懂非懂的用三角，理解的用勾，重点的用星。
（2）其次，听课时要有讲究，不要只听老师讲，而不动手记。熟话说“好记性不如烂笔头”，上课要注意记录老师上课的重点。同样，记笔记也有一套学问。文科上课主要靠记忆。语文的话，主要是记一些作者用了哪些写作手法、有什么好处、起到什么作用、表达了什么样的感情之类的；英语主要是记一些固定词组以及单词的用法；数学记笔记最讲究，不要低头猛抄老师的板书，这是很多学习方法不当的人经常犯的错误。数学讲究的是理解题意和掌握解题思路。笔记只要记下题目以及解题思路就行了。关键是要掌握老师的解题方法，例如说，由题中的哪个条件可以得出什么结论之类的。等下课之后，在自己去解一遍题目，得到正确答案。
（3）要合理的分配时间。说道时间，很多人会下课之后抓紧课后10分钟拼命地做题目，这种方法是不可取的，下课的时候我建议到走道里去晒晒太阳，缓解一下疲劳，为下节课做好准备。文科之类的作业可以花适当的时间解决，需要背诵的东西可以在早读或者晚读的时间完成，高一的文科生应该多花点时间在数学上，这会增加学业优势，要静下心来攻克难题。
（4）建议不要采取题海战术，参考书只要一本就够了，本人推荐有一套白色封面的，上面有把钥匙图案的参考书，与教科书是配套的，具体名字不记得了，一般的书店里应该都有出售。里面的内容有对教材知识点的解析，往年有关该知识点的试题，试题也有区分难易程度，非常好用。
（5）准备足够的笔记本，像语文平常笔记可以记在书上，准备一本错题集，积累一些平常容易做错的小题目，和一些比较好的成语、示例之类的，数学和英语需要课堂笔记和错题集，只要平时的时候注意积累和整理，复习的时候就方便多了。
（6）做过的考试卷注意保存，在左上角标注上 “ ①”之类的记号，考前可以看这些书卷，没有必要再去攻新的题目。
二、除了学习方法不当还可能出现其他问题，比如说兴趣。有的家长认为文科好学让孩子选文科，有家长认为理科高考时分数比较高让孩子选理科，这样的选择是不理智的。我有个同学就是这样的，您的孩子数学不好，我建议选文科，这样会有较多的时间来攻克数学难关。当然这一点您还得与孩子好好沟通一下，看看他的意思。
三、老师的问题。这样的情况比较少，但也不是说不存在，我自己也碰到过。我有个物理老师，虽然教学水平比较高，但是为人不够亲和脾气不大好，引起班里很多人逆反心理；有个语文老师，虽然我们班里语文成绩一直很好，但是教学太死板，也不受学生欢迎；曾经还有个数学老师，自己水平也不够高，一个排序问题学生两三句话就能解决的事情，她一节课也没讲清楚。所以，您可以通过您的孩子和他的同学了解一下，是否存在这样的情况，如果出现前两种情况，要与孩子好好沟通，让其明白无论老师个人人品如何，要对自己负责，不要因为他人的原因而减少学习的兴趣和动力。出现第三种情况，班里大部分同学都认为老师不好，讲解不清楚，大家成绩都比较差，应该及时与年级主任反映，商量怎样解决。
千万不要对孩子丧失信心，也不要给他太多的压力，希望以上的建议能够给您带来一点帮助。
