.第七章 新员工入职培训与 管理技能开发 案例一  John:第一天我提早10分钟到了人力资源部,被告知"请稍坐,一会儿有人带你转转"。一小时后,我被领到了一间会议室。几分钟后,里面的面试者发现我不是来应聘的,而是新员工。一阵道歉后,我被领去见我的主管。主管大声地叫来一个文员,让他带我转转。在我被介绍给其他员工的同时,那个文员,一直在抱怨着那个主管的脾气有多坏。吃午饭时,我问能不能请求调到别的部门去,他们说6个月后才能调动。我想我是不是该趁早换个工作了。 案例二   Jackson:我的入职培训棒极了!我到了以后被带到休息室。喝过咖啡吃过点心后,我拿到一本员工手册,上面解释了公司的绝大部分福利及政策。接着放了一段有趣的电影解释公司的历史、设施、重要人物及各部门的联系。接下来的一个小时是问题与解答。我们沿着厂区作了个小的旅行,然后公司请我们吃午饭。午饭时,我的主管加入进来边吃边介绍我们的部门并回答一些问题。饭后主管把我介绍给我的同事们,在职培训开始了。 新员工入职培训的目的 (1)降低员工流失率。
(2)让员工适应工作,以便减少错误、节省时间。
(3)展现清晰的职位及组织对个人的期望。
(4)帮助新员工更快地胜任本职工作。 (5)减少员工的抱怨。 (6)最重要的目的是让他融入企业的文化。
