法国里昂日电 /美通社/ -- 目前正在法国里昂举行的第七届 The World Entrepreneurship Forum (WEFO) 昨晚向四名优秀企业家颁奖以表彰其对社会的影响力和改变世界的能力。
2014年“世界企业家”奖得主：
“社会企业家”奖：罗德里戈-巴乔 (Rodrigo Baggio)（巴西）
被《时代周刊》评为21世纪拉丁美洲领导力量之一的这位电脑“极客”兼数字行动主义者创建了信息技术民主委员会 (CDI)。该非政府组织总部设在里约热内卢，目前在10个国家开展活动，旨在促进社会包容以帮助弱势群体获得信息和通信技术并推动创业发展。
“教育企业家”奖：伯提-霍特（瑞典/瑞士）
1965年，23岁的伯提创建了英孚教育 (EF, Education First)，以寻求新的更直接的学习方法。他建立了全球第一家私人教育公司：近50年间在52个国家开设了500所培训中心和办事处，共16000名员工，21000名老师和1500万名学员。
“商业企业家”奖：Micky 和 Renuka Jagtiani（印度）
由曾经的伦敦出租车司机 Micky Jagtiani 创立的 Landmark Group（蓝玛克集团）拥有时装、消费电子、酒店，餐厅和零售等各类品牌。该集团总部设在迪拜，业务遍布18个国家，他的妻子 Renuka 也参与集团的运营。Landmark Group 拥有40000名员工，年营业额达47亿美元。
“青年企业家”奖：Rapelang Rabana（博茨瓦纳）
刚从开普敦大学毕业的她就创建了专门为手机开发网络电话应用的公司 Yeigo。这位年轻的企业家在刚刚30岁时就成为电信行业的先锋和非洲的明星人物之一。她最近设立了初创企业 Rekindle Learning，致力于为手机和平板电脑提供创新电子学习解决方案。
The World Entrepreneurship Forum 于2008年由欧洲顶尖商学院 -- EMLYON Business School -- 和法国毕马威公司 (KPMG France) 共同建立，新加坡的南洋理工大学 (Nanyang Technological University) 和新加坡创业行动社群&(Action Community for Entrepreneurship, ACE)、中国浙江大学以及里昂的各大机构随后也陆续加入。
EMLYON Business School 举办 The World Entrepreneurship Forum 的主要目标是推动经济和社会创业精神、创建具有高附加值的创新型企业，创业型城市及创业精神教育。
