求助：我现在要对几个片段的序列做联合分析，但事先要做partition homogeneity test（同质性检验），请教大家怎么做？除了用PAUP软件可以做之外，Mega可以做吗？或者有没有其他方法来实现这个检验？很急，期待大家的回复。
