另外！！&&开机然后按ESE键&&进去，然后会提示你输入什么的，你就输入，按他说的做就可以进去了

其实，一般来说，笔记本电脑升级BIOS与台式机是有区别的。台式机升级主要是为了解决兼容性问题，但笔记本电脑由于本身已经是集成系统，所以BIOS升级往往并不是为了解决兼容性问题，而更多地是为了强化功能。每种品牌的笔记本电脑可能差别较大，我们以东芝笔记本电脑为例，介绍一下升级BIOS的方法：
1.断开所有外设，包括拔出PC卡插槽中的PC卡、拆除扩展坞或端口复制器；
2.清除开机密码；
3.装上充满电的电池，然后连接好AC适配器，最好使用UPS；
4.记下现在的BIOS版本号：在按住Esc键的同时，按下笔记本电脑电源开关，屏幕会出现“Check system.Then
press[F1] Key”的提示，再按下F1键继续，画面右上角的“BIOS
version=XX”就是当前BIOS的版本号。然后再依次按Esc键和Y键退出。
1.从东芝网站上核对并下载相应型号的最新版BIOS文件，一般为XXX.ZIP（压缩文件）或XXX.EXE（自解压文件）。
2.准备好一张格式化过的干净软盘，然后双击下载的BIOS升级文件，按程序提示释放到“A：\”，点击“Unzip”确认。
3.在按住“Esc”键的同时，按下电源开关，屏幕上出现“Check system.Then press[F1]
Key”的提示，再按“F1”键进入BIOS。
4.在BIOS里面用方向键在屏幕左边PERIPHERAL设置单元中找到USB-FDD Legacy
Emulation项，确认其设置值为Enable。最后再依次按End键Y键退出。在升级全部完成后，该项设置会自动恢复到Disable。
5.通过运行“开始—关闭系统”正常关闭机器。
6.插好软盘，在按住“F12”键的同时，按下笔记本电脑电源开关，系统会提示：“Ready for BIOS
update.Place the BIOS update diskette in the
drive……”，开始读取软盘升级BIOS。
7.读取完成后，机器自动刷新BIOS。一切按屏幕提示操作，耗时约为30秒。
8.升级完成后，屏幕会显示“ROM Write Successful！”并重新启动，把软盘取出来。再次体验轻薄的快感吧！
