为了提高对海藻资源的利用率，本文分别采用1%、2%、4%、6%、8%H2SO4在以料液比为1:10、1:15、1:20、1:25、1:30分别煮沸20、40、60、80、100min处理，并对处理液进行酶解，优化了酶解工艺。结果表明，在4%的硫酸下料液比为1:25煮沸60min下，木质素脱出率最高，纤维素脱出率最少，是较优条件。
To increase the utilization of algae resources, in this paper, we use 1%, 4%, 6%, 8% H2SO4 respectively to boil the solid-liquid ratio of treatment solution is 1:10、1:15、1:20、1:25、1:30 in 20、40、60、80、100 minutes respectively，
Then, we deal the treatment solution with enzymatic hydrolysis to get the optimization of enzymatic hydrolysis.
Results show that the solid-liquid ratio of treatment solution is 1:25 and boiled with 4% H2SO4 in 60 mins is the relatively excellent conditions which can get highest rate of extractions of lignin and least out rate of cellulose.

英语断句和汉语不一样。两个简单句必须要有连词（and, or, but, so）连接组成复合句。
