这道题你肯定没分清while when的用法
came是瞬间动词，while只能接延续性动词。
这是属于一个时间段里发生了一件事，这种情况用whenwhile也很容易排出，因为come是瞬间动词，不能用while引导
while 后必须要接延续性动词，也必须跟动词ing形式，而when后面可接延续性动词，也可接非延续性动词，但不接ing.
while连接持续性动词，而开门是短暂性的动作，所以用when.
你只要记一个句型，be doing sth when＋句子，意思是正在做…的时候这时候…了
记住while后面一定要ING
