我认为答案是Ｄ。
首先，可以排除Ａ、Ｃ，因为这两项答案不能把题中前后两个句意联系起来，因此也就不能从“有些南京人不爱吃辣椒。”推出“有些爱吃甜食的人不爱吃辣椒。”
其次，答案Ｂ也可以排除，因为“有些南京人爱吃甜食”之中的“有些南京人”和题中“有些南京人不爱吃辣椒”的“有些南京人”未必是重合的，所以也不能推出“有些爱吃甜食的人不爱吃辣椒。”
最后，答案Ｄ说，“所有的南京人都爱吃甜食”，在这个前提下，“有些南京人不爱吃辣椒。”可以推出“有些爱吃甜食的人不爱吃辣椒。”因为条件中的“有些南京人”可以用“有些爱吃甜食的人”替换。
