踢好中后卫
一、位置感。这是中后卫最重要的素质。人们常说罗尼有天赋，马拉多纳有天赋。而你如果要做一名合格的中后卫，那么位置感就是你所要具备的天赋。无论从什么方面讲，这都是中后卫最重要的素质。因为守门员想要的是中后卫站在你的面前，而不是随随便便就跑到边路去了。李伟锋在英超就是被评价位置感太差。解说员常常说谁谁丢了位置，就是指的位置感。我们常说的跟着球跑，盯球不盯人，也是指的这个。所以我认为位置感是中后卫最重要的素质。二、抢断。这是打后卫所必须的基本素质。抢断能力最强的应该是边后卫，中后卫要球不是特别的高（是指不如边后卫，相对的）三、盯人。这点对于盯人中卫尤为重要。三、补位。（并列）不用说，这是拖后中卫所具备的素质。四、头球。也就是防空能力了。当然也不排除一些头球差的防空能力就差的，比如米哈依洛维奇。五、协作。再厉害的球队，中后卫总是最少也有两个。你无论什么时候都要记住，不是你一个人在防守。体质方面：六、力量。中后卫有点想篮球里的中锋。没有良好的身体素质，怎么能抗住对手。遇上想阿德里亚诺这样的前锋，你要是抗不住他，就只有吃哑巴亏了。七、爆发力。像罗尼这样的前锋都是突然加速的，如果后卫的位置感好，提前卡住了身位，那么就好。但如果没能提前预判，那么回追就要考验中后卫的爆发力了，而且这点跟抢断也有着密切的关联。八、转身。不用多解释了吧，好多中后卫就是因为转身慢而毁了一世英名。那些常常挨打身后球或者经常被人单刀的，中后卫往往就是转身慢的。九、速度。在中后卫这个位置速度好像要求并不是很高。而且大部分中后卫的速度都不是很高，当然要求不高不等于没有。十、体力。某些人喜欢用年龄大来说事。但其实这是不正确的。比如说斯塔姆，今年32岁，但是有那个20多岁的中后卫敢说斯塔姆年龄大了？？马特乌斯还打到40岁。有的人体质超强，就不能单单用年龄来一刀切！精神方面：十一、沉着。其实和冷静要联在一起。要知道中后卫的后面就是守门员了。如果不够沉着，毛毛糙糙，或者脾气大，或者经常范点小错误，那么能力再强也是白费。十二、勇气。中后卫是一个要拚命的、时刻准备着赌枪眼的位置。没有勇气，在对手起脚射门的时候，你哪里有冲上去的能力！！十三、经验。年龄大就一定是坏事嘛？对于中后卫来说，绝对不是这样的。中后卫是一个可以以经验弥补年龄的位置。
