唱歌找不着调可以分为两种：一种是先天性的，就是没有高低音的概念，就算再简单的歌曲，也听不出跑调。简单两个音符，听完也分辨不出哪个高哪个低。这种网络上叫“失歌症”，比较难调整，属于生理上的缺陷；另一种是后天的，听得出别人跑调（听不出自己的很正常），有高低音的概念，只是唱歌的过程中无法运用正确的方式。这种是属于没有任何技巧的原生态唱歌技巧和发声方法，只要有经过专业的培训，是一定可以出好效果的。
针对音准很差的人，以试着一边开着原唱一边拿出简谱出来唱。这样即可以练到音准，也可以练到节拍。而且，声音的位置跟着原唱也可以找到唱曲的感觉、声音的位置。另外，每天至少要唱十首歌的歌谱。这样就会形成一种音乐记忆。记旋律会快。而且不容易走...
