感觉你的身高以后也不会以篮球为职业的，当然特殊情况除外。所以想要达到中等水平以上的还是比较容易的。我也是一个篮球爱好者，这里把我以前用过的方法告诉你，当然你不觉得小儿科就OK了，呵呵。每天三个小时的练习就可以了，前提是你不要到篮球场上去练习，因为你会忍不住的跑到篮圈那里投篮去了，就是找个没有人的地方去练，首先是练运球，说句实话打篮球所有的基础就是运球，每只手都是十分钟左右，如果实在无聊也可以两只手交替运，没有特殊要求就是最好不要看球感觉很随便的在运，不过你自己要注意要时刻让球动起来就是想快的时候和想慢的时候球要随想的而动。然后是背身运球5分钟，就是右手把球运到背后左手接住然后在运到背后就是把你自己当一个柱子，球就是绕着运。然后就是胯下运球5分钟，由慢到快，...
有用，他会教你如何正确的投篮，过人，最重要的是交一些战术，规则等。
