我是高三的学生 不知道是不是因为我自己生活习惯导致的 而且我妈妈有心脏病 但是是后天的 不知道会不会有影响。我是不是应该调整自己的状态 或者去医院做检查？

主要是因为气血两虚用中医上专门的词来讲，你的症状叫胸闷心悸，呼吸困难，身体里面的正气不旺。可以吃开熊顺气丸试试，无法供应心脏足够营养
