Buenas, tengo una placa Asus P5KPL que supuestamente integra (ICH7). He mirado en varios posts y en uno he visto que hay que instalar el driver Realtek ALC 883. Al instalarlo e ir al panel de control, me dice que hay un dispositivo de sonido, pero no se escucha nada. Tengo conectado el audio a través de salida SPDIF coaxial.
He probado tambien a usar OSC86Tools, pero solo me detecta los siguientes:
Los he instalado todos y ninguno funciona.
Podeis ayudarme?
Amigo todos los problemas de sonido audio
ya sea que solo reconozca
entrada (micro )
o que si reconozca todo en el mejor de los casos , los he solucionado con los
excelentes kexts

Gracias por responder. He estado buscando lo que me has comentado y ninguno de los kexts que hay ALC883 me funcionan con la salida coaxial. He encontrado un instalador con el cual consigo que me aparezca en (sonido) la salida HDA, pero no se escucha nada. He conectado unos cascos a la salida de auriculares y si funciona... pero la principal no lo hace.
De que modo puedo activar la salida SPDIF Coaxial? En Linux me funciona de maravilla

Si tu audio es 82801G ahonda un poco más porque puedes no sepas que es de Sigmatel.Verifícalo...Es más,si es el mismo,ya existe información de esto en nuestra sección aquí
Ya habia mirado el post que has puesto, pero el enlace de descarga no funciona. No lo tendras ya descargado, verdad?
Seguro que sí,pero primero quiero que salgas de la duda y averigues cual codec de todos tiene tu placa.Tienen que ser ALC883 o STAC 7761.No ambos..
Vale, pero no tengo demasiado claro como hacerlo. Parece ser que desde Linux puede hacerse, verdad? Habia escuchado tambien algo sobre el &everest& de windows. El problema es que para instalar Mac he formateado todo el disco ytengo que reinstalarlo todo.
A ver si tengo un ratillo y te lo confirmo.

Discúlpame,pero quede casi igual...Para encontrar una solución al problema,primero es imprescindible que conozcas que hardware tienes.Si no sabes dificilmente podremos llegar a un acuerdo.Ahora,pregunto:?es ésta la placa base que posees?Porque si es esa,no se corresponde con ninguna de las que publicaste (sin saber):ALC883ALC861ALC888AC97Audiosino que tiene el codec ALC662
