　　Drag有拖拽的意思， Back是向后的意思， Turn则有转身的意思，所以Drag Back Turn三者连用，在足球中，为一项简单却实用的技巧：脚底拉球转身。
　　在踢球时遇到的最大挑战之一就是，刚刚把队友的球接在脚下，对手却立刻来强求了。这时，脚底拉球转身就派上用场了。这里转身的幅度不需要很大，而是将球的运行方向转换约120度，正好躲过铲断。
　　这个动作能够成功的关键是：
　　1.这是一个被动过人动作，也就是说要等防守者重心移动，出脚后才是发动的时机 ；
　　2.要充分利用内扣的假动作，或故意离开自己一段距离以诱使对手出脚；
　　3.拉球时动作一定要快；
　　4.拉球不要拉到底，因为要立刻用脚外侧将球趟到反方向；如果已经拉到身后，那么很难再发力，而且防守者也可能会来得及做出反应。
