护照办理是要根据规定，办理护照，必须要你本人到你户口所在地县级以上的（县）公安局入出境管理部门办理，这是不能委托他人代办的，43个城市可以异地办理的。
1、携带本人身份证或者户口簿到户口所在地派出所、公安分县局出入境管理部门、市公安局出入境管理处领取《中国公民因私出国（境）申请审批表》 以下简称“申请表”
2、填写申请表。 3、提交申请。提交申请时必须携带下列材料： A、 本人身份证或者户口簿原件和户口簿首页、本人资料页、变更页及身份证的复印件。 B、 填写完整的申请表原件。 C、 符合要求的彩色照片一张。 4、领取护照。公安局出入境管理处受理申请后，审批、制作和签发护照的时间是14个工作日。领取护照时，须携带本人身份证或者户口簿、领取护照 和200元工本费。
填写申请表 填写《中国公民因私出国（境）申请审批表》一定要认真细致，逐项如实填写。在填写时，必须使用黑色或者蓝黑墨水，字迹清楚整洁，不准涂改。具体项目的填写要求是：
“申请人姓名”,填写本人姓名；
“受理日期”等项目无需填写；
“姓名”，填写本人现用名，须使用国家标准简化字，与户口簿和居民身份证一致；
“拼音姓名”，须按普通话拼写；
“出生日期”，与户口簿和居民身份证一致；
“民族”，与户口簿和居民身份证一致；
“公民身份证号”，逐格填写； “出生地”，填写省、自治区、直辖市； “婚姻状况”，按实际情况填写；

一直想到药店照个几刀，领馆也就10刀而已，没有想到自己做的，结果有人说自己做
漂亮多了，前前后后还是搞了一阵，要不尺寸不对，要不色彩不佳，背景调整也花了不少功夫
很多人说不容易过关，其实搞清步骤一点不难，非常适合有点时间把折腾当乐趣的，我
的已经被领馆认可了，分享一下
一 ，照片要求
A，中国护照照片要求
中国护照照片的要求和中国签证的要求一样，都是小二寸（48mm&33mm）的
护照旅行证件照片标准
我馆采用彩色打印技术制作97版因私普通护照，照片经扫描后会直接打印在护照上，因此对照片质量要求较高。护照照片需符合以下要求：
一、照片需为近期（6个月以内）、头部正面、无帽饰照片。
二、照片的背景应无任何装饰，背景颜色须为淡蓝色或白色为佳（最好是白色）。请勿使用红色、褐色、黑色等深色。
三、除申请表格要求的照片外，请勿用订书钉或回形针夹照片，以免相片受损。
四、照片应为小二寸（48mm&33mm）：头部宽度为21mm～24mm，头部长度为28mm～33mm。头部过大或过小均会影响制作质量。
五、图片示例：
1 照片需为近期（6个月以内）、头部正面、无帽饰照片。

B，美国护照照片的要求和美国签证的要求一样，都是5cmX5cm的
美国护照申请人需提交2张相同的照片，美国签证申请人只需提交一张。照片必须满足下列基本要求，否则申请不予受理。更多详情请参阅下列段落。
1. 照片必须于最近6个月内拍摄
2. 照片尺寸为 2x2英寸 （5x5 厘米）
3. 申请者头部的垂直尺寸必须在1英寸到1 又3/8英寸（2.5 -3.5 厘米）之间
4. 照片必须为白色背景。
5. 必须正对照相机，露出双耳。
每位护照或签证申请人的照片必须为近期（最近6个月）无边框正面照片。“正面”照片指申请人拍照时要正对照相机。申请人不能向下看或斜视，面部需占整张照片的50%。尽管由于发型或头巾的不同（参见下文的讨论），很难严格对“面部”进行定义，但总的来说，是指申请人的头部，包括脸和头发，上下从头顶到下巴，左右至两边发际。如露出耳朵则更佳。关键要求是通过照片可以清晰地辨别申请人。

your face.
Headphones, wireless hands-free devices or similar items are
not acceptable in your photo.
If you normally wear prescription glasses, a hearing device or
similar articles, they may be worn for your photo.
Dark glasses or non-prescription glasses with tinted lenses are
not acceptable unless you need them for medical reasons (a medical
certificate may be required)
Glare on glasses is not acceptable in your photo. Glare can be
avoided with a slight downward tilt of the glasses or by removing
the glasses or by turning off the camera flash.
Review the

or other official documents are not acceptable. In addition,
snapshots, magazine photos, low quality vending machine or mobile

While we recommend you use a
professional passport photo service to ensure your photo meets all
the requirements, you may take the photo yourself. Hand-held self
portraits are not acceptable. Photos must not be digitally enhanced
or altered to change your appearance in any way. Please review the
following technical requirements and references for guidance on
taking your own passport photo.

resize and rotate it if necessary
crop it to a square image of exactly 600 x 600 pixels, and
save it to your computer for printing

If you feel that you can still be
identified from the photo in your current passport, you do not need
to apply for a new passport. For example, growing a beard or
coloring your hair would not constitute a significant change.
If the appearance of your child
under the age of 16 has changed due to the normal aging process,
you do not need to apply for a new passport for him or her.

photography begins with careful setup and appropriate production
methods. Please review the guidance and tips below for obtaining a
high quality photo.

Q:Do my photos have to be in color?
a:Yes, the photos must be in
color. Black and white photos will not be accepted.
Q:How recent must my photos be?
a:Your photos must have been
taken within 6 months of submitting your application and reflect
your current appearance.
Q:What size must my photos be?
a:The photo must be exactly 2
x 2 inches (51 x 51 mm).
Q:What pose should I be in for my photo?
a:Your photo must be a clear
shot of your entire face horizontally centered in the photo.
Profile shots or photos not in focus will not be accepted. Your
photo must be taken against a plain white or off-white background.

facing the camera. Photos with unusual expressions and squinting
will not be accepted.

a:Your head should be between

reflections from the eyeglasses that obscure the eyes. Glare can be

licenses or other official documents acceptable?
a:Copied or digitally scanned
photos of official documents will not be accepted. In addition,
photos must not be digitally enhanced or altered to change your
appearance in any way.
Q:Are snapshots, magazine photos, mobile photos or
photos from vending machine acceptable?
a:No. Snapshots, magazine
photos, low-resolution vending machine or mobile phone photos, or
full-length photographs are not acceptable.
Q:Do I need to take a new photo if I recently dyed my
hair a new color or grew a beard?
a:New photos are only
required if your appearance has significantly changed from what is
in your photo. Growing a beard or coloring your hair would not
constitute a significant change. If you can still be identified
from the photo in your current passport or visa application, you do
not need to apply for a new passport or submit a new photo for your
visa application. However, you may have to apply for a new passport
or submit a new photo for your visa application if you have:
Undergone significant facial surgery or trauma

有很多后期制作软件，美图秀秀比较简单好用，先用刷子把背景几下刷成白色，然
后通过调高亮度，色温，去红眼等提高相片质量，目的就是使相片看上去和相馆照出来
的一啦，色泽不要发红也不要发蓝，人靓靓的就行。
制做护照相片尺寸
2 中国country选择 China, 尺寸就自动调整到小二寸；美国就选择United States，照片都是2x2"的。

5 鼠标放在相片上会有一个小十字，拖动小十字产生一个图片选择区域；移动这个选

美国签证照片在线制作
有的人自己家里洗，也可以到店里洗，CVS，RiteAid，Walgreens洗，4x6的一张10-19分。
用这种方法洗，一定要选4x6的，不要选护照/签证相，否则，被收了8-10美元一套（4张）就后果自负了。
该方法也可以用于绿卡申请(485,EAD和AP)的照片制作，country选择 USA 就可以了。
