Shanghaiensis. 采用抽提、离心,电泳等技术得到上海四膜虫S1皮层细胞骨架蛋白亚基分子量及相对含量。推断:39.2kDa~44.3kDa组分及76.2kDa~88.5kDa组分分别为上海四膜虫S1皮层细胞骨架中的K.antigens组分和Tetrins组分。 Tetrahymena shanghaiensis S1 is a selfer strain. By starvation, more than 85% of the cells in a clone can be induced to conjugation synchronously. Using biochemical extraction, SDS-PAGE, combining with microscopic examination, we studied the major components and contents of cortical cytoskeleton protein of T.shanghaiensis S1, and explored the extraordinary changes in these proteins during conjugation for the first time.The similarity and difference between cortical cytoskeletal proteins of vegetation, conjugation... We also observed great fluctuation of the 76-88kD proteins of the oral apparatus in different cell phases.Two particular bands are obvious: one is the 90kD protein and the other one is 85kD protein, both can be found after membrane fusion and during meiosis We recognice that during the conjugation proteins change obviously in all cortical cytoskeleton of T.shanghaiensis.本文采用生化抽提,结合电泳及显微技术,对上海四膜虫(Tetrahymenashanghaiensis)S1皮层细胞骨架(corticalcytoskeleton)的蛋白组份,及其在接合生殖期间的变化进行了一系列的研究。初次探索了S1株上海四膜虫在接合生殖过程中皮层细胞骨架的蛋白组份及含量,并分析了它们与间期、接合分开时期同类蛋白相互间的差异。发现在接合生殖时期76-88kD蛋白有突出的表现,而90kD和85kD特异性地存在于接合生殖期间,它们与接合区膜融合的进一步稳固,小核的减数分裂过程有某种联系。 mtDNA of Tetrahymena shanghaiensis
(T. S1) was digested by six restriction endonucleases including: EcoRⅠ, HindⅢ, PstⅠ, HhaⅠ, HpaⅡ and HaeⅢ, respectively.
The restriction sites of them were uneven. By contrast this result to same enzyme restriction maps of other mtDNA on Tetrahymena (Morin, 1988; Suyama, 1985; Norton, 1978). We found that the restriction maps of mtDNA of T. S1 was similar to those of T. pyr and was differed markedly from those of other Tetrahymena, The result was in accordance with those of... mtDNA of Tetrahymena shanghaiensis

S1 was a new species of Tetrahymena Pyriforms complex species.该文以六种限制性内切酶对上海四膜虫的mtDNA进行单酶完全酶切 ,EcoRⅠ、HindⅢ、HhaⅠ酶切均产生 4个片段 ,PstⅠ、HpaⅡ、HaeⅢ酶切分别产生 5、6、7个片段。不同的酶切片段大小及总和有一定的差异 ,酶切位点分布不均匀 ,片段长度多态性明显。与其它四膜虫mtDNA的同种酶切结果比较 ,有较大的差异。同其它方法如四膜虫大核rDNA限制性内切酶分析、同工酶分析及皮层细胞骨架组分分析结果一致 ,进一步证明上海四膜虫是梨形四膜虫复合种的一种。&nbsp&&&&&相关查询
