CrashPlan works “agnostically” across platforms including Windows, Mac and Linux to ensure no computer and no department is left unprotected. The hardware and setup fee pricing set forth in the table above includes one (1) purpose-built onsite cloud appliance, best practices configuration and setup, directory services integration, single sign-on configuration (if applicable), and custom client installers.
A Technical account manager (“TAM”) is included in the hardware and setup fee pricing for the first year of the Services Term for Participants with 5,000 or more Users. For all subsequent years, those Participants receive discounted pricing off of standard rates (reflected in discounted TAM pricing in the agreement). However, all Participants can purchase TAM services.
Each User can use the Services on a maximum of 4 Devices at any given point in time.
Hardware maintenance and support after the first year of the Services Term to be billed yearly at $2,400 per year for Participants who are Internet2 Members and at $2,640 per year for Participants who are not Internet2 Members. First year Hardware maintenance and support is included in the hardware and setup fee pricing in the table above.
With respect to Participants contracting for Additional Services, the One-Time Set Up Fee set forth in Table 1 above for the NET+ Unlimited Plan (Internet2 public cloud) may be waived upon mutual agreement between Service Provider and Internet2.
Existing Participants may be charged for any applicable services needed to set up Additional Services in accordance with the fee schedule set forth herein and as determined by Service Provider and Internet2 given the requirements of the Additional Services.
Participants committing to a two (2) year Initial Services Term shall receive a five percent (5%) discount off of the above pricing for Initial Orders and Additional Orders.
Participants committing to a three (3) year Initial Services Term shall receive a ten percent (10%) discount off of the above pricing for Initial Orders and Additional Orders. Such discounts shall apply regardless of whether such Participant elects an Annual Payment or Full Up Front Payment.
Discounts applicable to Renewal Services Terms are described in the definition of Renewal Services Term.
