骑行的女人真的不怎么被人理解

深夜骑谈|骑行到底不能不能改变一个人?
我觉得是可以的。在阐述原因之前，我想先说说自己的经历。
在上初中的时候，为了提高自己的写作文水平，我常常会去买《格言》之类的杂志来看（因为当时流行在作文里插一两句“某某名人说：xxxxxx”这样的句子）。这类杂志有个特点，很喜欢放一些标题耸动的鸡汤，比如“一句话改变一生”、“看了这几句话，人生从此不一样”、“看了这个故事，他的人生竟从此改变了”等等。那时我还很天真，真的以为看一句话、一个小故事就能从此扭转自己的人生之路，于是我买了一本又一本……当我看了无数句和无数个正能量故事之后，我发现我的人生依然是一滩烂泥。我不禁陷入了深深的恐慌之中：难道我竟然已经病得如此严重，完全无法被拯救了吗？
你不要笑啊，我真的不是在说段子。这种状况持续了好长一段时间，直到上大学，接触了不同的人，见识到更广阔的天地，最重要的是，接触了骑行之后，那种“自己不努力却希望靠外界来推一把”的不劳而获心理终于被治好了。当我从10公里都骑不了到一天骑200公里，当我从一个全程2.4公里海拔爬升253米都骑不上去的小山到一口气可以骑三趟，当我开始每天都想出去骑骑车……这种种的改变，对我来说已经不是爱上骑车这么简单，它更像是一个“契机”，或者说是“媒介”，让我了解到了这个世界上原来有这么多刺激的极限运动，原来人生可以有这么多种活法，我怎么还呆在自己的圈子里？
所以综上所述，骑行确实能改变一个人，但最重要的，还是自己有一颗“不安分的心”。各位朋友，你们觉得呢？你觉得骑行改变了你吗？
