作者：水木然本文选自水木然新书《人间清醒》1经济学上有个很有趣的现象：当一个国家人均GDP到达8000美元之后，人们“幸福感”就不会再随着经济的增长而正比提升。早在2019年中国人均GDP就超过了1万美元。这就是为什么这两年我们的财富越来越多，但是幸福感却没有提升的根本原因。也就是说，在接下来的日子里，无论咱们再怎么赚钱，哪怕你暴富一场，你的幸福感都不会明显增加。在之前那个物质困乏的年代，我们的幸福感和我们占有的物质成正比，所以我们不断给自己增添各种的物质，为家里添置冰箱，买台电视机，配齐洗衣机，再买辆车……而现在是一个万物俱备、什么都不缺的年代，于是单纯增加物质很难再增加我们的幸福感。相反，我们越来越那些物质都是累赘，即带不走又总是过时和贬值。在接下来的时代里，人的自由度越来越高，活动的频率和范围越来越大，于是我们不再追求眼前占有多少物质，而是追求我随时可以享用多少资源，我们的追求从“应有尽有”切换到了“随时取用”。我们越来越清楚自己最想要的是什么，最为重要的是什么，于是我们开始干净利落地砍掉那些不必要的东西，开始寻找那些有趣的东西。2最关键的是：人类的物质越发达，精神反而会越空虚。因为所有事物都是相对的，物质的进步确实给人类带来许多生活的方便，但是当人类在物质财富这条路上狂飙时，精神世界必然会陷入到无尽的空虚中。这个世界既是一种矛盾，也是一种平衡：物质越丰富，人的智商就会越蜕化；科技越发达，人的精神就会越空虚；营养越丰富，人的生理功能就会越衰弱。社交工具越发达，人与人的距离就会越疏远。娱乐工具越发达，人们内心就会越失落；知识越唾手可得，人的独立思考能力就越差；民国时期我们物质很匮乏，很多人都在饥饿中度日，但是却出了很多大师和思想家，如今我们的物质越来越丰富，精神生活却越来越贫瘠，贫瘠到人的精神开始出现各种问题。前不久，世卫组织总干事谭德塞宣布一组数据：全球有近10亿人受到不同程度的精神健康问题影响，平均每40秒就有1人死于自杀！之前还有一组数据：世界人口的25％，即每四个人中就有一人在某个阶段出现精神障碍，世界共有4亿人有精神障碍。人类未来的最大的挑战，根本就不是人工智能，不是经济危机，也不是癌症，而是人类自己的精神问题。订阅解锁TA的全部专属内容水木然570万获赞 127.9万粉丝畅销书变革系列丛书作者投资人

为什么现在的人越来越不幸福？在我看来有以下几点：一、经济发展让很多人都过上了温饱的生活，大家不再会为一顿好吃的或一件新衣服而感觉开心快乐。二、信息发达，手机普及，无论是亲人还是恋人，不会再为收到一封信，收到一张汇款单，而欣喜万分，毕竟等待也是一种快乐。三、美食再也吃不出从前的味道，美景再也不复存在以前的自然，多的是人工的痕迹和铜臭的味道。四、爱情里的男女多了世俗的尘医，少了几分纯洁，无瑕，没有等待，没有距离，没有少男少女特有的含蓄美，也就无法感受到恋爱中一颦一笑，一回眸中的幸福快乐。五、物质丰富替代了从前的来之不宜，虽然方便了人们，却也扼杀了珍惜和创造的幸福乐趣。六、房贷，车贷，物价上涨，时刻威胁着年轻人的生存空间，网络成瘾又时刻吞噬着年轻人的精力，斗志，危害着他们的身心健康，即使想幸福也幸福不起来。七、钢筋水泥的城市逐渐取代了农村的山水田园，促使大量的农民工进城落户，虽然身边多了喧嚣，嘈杂却失去了家园，失去了归属感。八，金钱至上的观念，充斥着人们的道德底线和职业操守，缺乏信仰，导致年轻人深陷迷茫，看不到希望，看不到未来，所以也就感受不到幸福的存在。

不邀自来。1.因为之前的物资匮乏，贫富差距也没那么大，所以大家没有现在这么焦虑。2.当时互联网不发达，大家的看到的世界没那么丰富多彩，眼界没有那么高。3.没见过大世面的时候，自然就很容易被满足，因为根本想象不到自己能拥有那么多物质。4.那时候因为大家条件都差不多，所以攀比也没这么严重。5.物资匮乏的年代，大家获得满足感的门槛很低，比如吃肉，买了件新衣服都能让大家开心很久。有的人说是因为以前的人容易知足，我不同意这种说法，人心哪有知足的时候，时代的进步就是建立在人心不知足的基础上，人们的欲望推动着时代的发展，所以想要获得幸福感，不是去逼自己降低欲望，告诉自己知足常乐，而是不断提升自己的能力，让获得幸福感的门槛降低，这样才是一个良性的循环。
