电脑芯片巨头Evell将在全球范围内裁员数千人。高中英语语法通霸一书中，是宾语选B吧；concerned是补语。that computer chip giant Evell____ thousands of jobs globally 。news是主语。用进行时表示将来时，表明新闻的内容。要学好英语,做同位语，residents in Culver Country，对句子成分讲得比较清楚，必须学好句子成分。has是谓语
那C为什么不对呢?既然是陈述新闻，没有任何时间状语表明是过去式还是将来时，我用一般现在时来陈述客观状况，有什么问题？
一般现在时 表示的是 经常性的。而这里是说的某一次具体的事件。后面的 has residents 中的has是时态标志。让这个地方的居民忧虑应该是某一次，而不会是经常性的。has表面是现在忧虑，所以是“将要裁员”
