百度上“当视野内亮度不均匀时应调节反光镜”这句话就是错的,反光镜的作用是使视野明亮而不是使亮度均匀.如果反光镜没调好,那么会出现整个视野暗淡而不仅仅是部分.反光镜和光圈都是调节亮度的,区别是前一个放标本上就得调好,后一个换高倍镜后调.B是正确的,因为切得太厚会阻挡光线,所以标本一般都是很薄的一层以便观察.如果切片有薄有厚就会出现有亮有暗的情况了.
