病模型对照组 DC ，氟伐他汀低、中、高剂量（2 、6、18mg. kg
灌胃，氟伐他汀中剂量+胰岛素组（6mg. kg-1+2U ?kg -1 ?d-1 ）每日灌胃并皮下注射精蛋
白锌胰岛素，胰岛素治疗组（2U ?kg -1 ?d-1 ），每日皮下注射精蛋白锌胰岛素，正常对
照及模型组给予等量生理盐水灌胃。连续给药8周，期间观察大鼠的一般情况、体重及
血糖。末次给药24小时后以水合氯醛（0.36g/kg ）腹腔注射麻醉大鼠,
用BL-420E+生物
机能实验信号采集处理系统记录大鼠Ⅱ导联心电图，然后经右颈总动脉行左心室插管，
用BL-420E+生物机能实验信号采集处理系统记录左室收缩压 LVSP 、左室舒张末期压 LVEDP
、左室内压变化速率 ±d p/ dtmax
和左室内压上升达最大速率所需时间 t-dp
等心功能指标。完成压力曲线记录后颈总动脉取血处死大鼠，分离血清-20℃保存待
用。迅速开胸取心脏、游离左心室分别称重。计算全心相对重量（心脏指数）、左心室
相对重量（左心室指数）。并取左心室前壁心肌组织固定，采用HE 、PAS 、VG染色在光
镜下观察病理改变并行透射电镜观察其超微结构改变，免疫组化方法观察蛋白激酶
