Have you ever heard the saying “Be careful of what you ask for because you just may get it?” I'm sure you've not only heard it, but you probably believed it as well.
Here’s another one… “Sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me.” This one was a mantra for my parents as I was growing up. They didn't consider that my bones would heal but words would always be in my psyche.
“Anything you say can and will be used against you in the …..” Well if you’ve heard this often, I have another article that you may want to read.
These familiar sayings have been passed along for generations. As a child, I can recall being taught that sticks and stones do damage. Nevertheless, it wasn’t until my later years that I fully understood the true meaning of these clichés. I took them for their figurative interpretation, not literally.
I soon came to realize that the tongue is both literally and physically the strongest muscle in the body. The power of the spoken word is more than a notion. It's the framework of how your life is portrayed.
“The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.” This proverb was written by King Solomon. Translated in modern day lingo: “Say what you mean and mean what you say.”
I got to know this principal well working as a Coach while I listened to my clients. So often I would hear them say what they did not mean and mean things they never said. Why is it so hard to believe that we speak our lives into existence?
It's no different than how an author expresses his thoughts into words on paper, laying out the story as he would have it. We too are the authors of our lives, with the exception that the paperback book is our reality and we turn the pages day by day. Take responsibility and note that you are not the reader but the author, publisher and editor if you so choose.
Everything you see before you has been conceived by a thought. As we know, thoughts become tangible things and those things are produce by the manifestation of the spoken word. For example: John lives in suburban area but drives to the city for work.
When asked how his commute is, John answers “I always catch traffic and can never find parking.” Now this may very well be John' however, the power of his spoken word and the belief behind it can only further confirm that particular reality. Think of your tongue as a magic wand constantly waiving all of your desires, be they good, bad, productive or non-serving into reality.
Another example of a client named Jonah who has always complained that “there [are] no good men out there” and that “she [has] the worst luck with men”.
According to the universal law, the magic wand says, ‘your wish is my command' and voilà. Jonah and I spent months discussing her failed and dysfunctional relationships until she was able to change her words to something more empowering. She began to speak into existence the things she desired, despite her reality.
Faith: The evidence of things hoped for but yet not seen.
Fear: False Evidence Appearing Real
Your words should be spoken with more faith and less fear. Speak things that work for you, not things that work against you. Become a better steward of your thoughts so that you can produce words to construct the life that you desire.
Mind your role models who speak of the life you've always wanted. Copy their words, understand their meaning and apply their rhetoric as frequently as possible. If you wanted to learn French you would not hire a Spanish translator nor would you speak Spanish in the attempt to communicate French. Consequently, your direct language produces the same results in your life.
Evaluate your words, regardless of your intentions. Make sure your words are powerful and productive. Make sure they align with the commands for your desired life. Pay attention to cliché sayings that roll off the tongue without reservation, granting wishes that you don't consciously want.
‘I have the worst luck’, ‘things never go my way’, ‘ I cannot afford it” or ‘Today is not my lucky day’. Remember 'Your Wish is my command'. If you're going to think it and say it make sure it’s what you truly desire. In life you don’t always get what you want but you do get what you expect. The spoken word is affirmation of what you expect from life regardless of what you want.

Akiyama Haruki is a vampire butler serving the Sakamaki family. He had served the Vampire King, Karl Heinz, his three wives and his six sons ever since he had been given to the Sakamaki family by his heavy gambler of a father who owed the king a huge debt. Though the vampire seemed to suspect that the King had somehow manipulated his father in some way, shape or form. He now serves Heinz's six sons in the Sakamaki mansion.
But, what would happen when they suddenly start to develop feelings for the reserved and quiet butler? Who knows? But this will certainly be some type of forbidden love.

Whenever he played with the Sakamaki brothers, he had always worn long-sleeved clothes even in the hottest of temperatures in order to hide the bruises he's received from his father's beatings.The head of the Akiyama household, his father, gambled his sorrows away, and was somehow manipulated by the Vampire King, forcing him to give away his only child to serve the Sakamakis as a butler when he achieved the physical appearance of a teen around the age of fifteen. At first, the red-head didn't know whether or not to be relieved or sad to have left his only family. He eventually grew used to the role of a servant and the brothers treated him equally, despite his position.He soon learned that his father had committed suicide out of depression later on, which made him feel conflicted. Sure, his father had abused him ever since he was a child, but maybe that was a twisted coping mechanism for the old man. Like all fairies, he has to hide is true identity but if a he or she is found out as a fairy or if it’s master or mistress is tired of him or her then the fairy will be transferred to the new master who claims him/her. His mistress, Serena, only has one wish, to fly. Granting her wish to fly, Erik never in his whole life ever thinks about how gorgeous she looks when she flies. Fairies and other creatures cannot fall in love with his or her master/mistress.
'Its hard being a fairy, especially when you cannot put any emotional feeling for your master/mistress. Yes I once fell in love with another I don’t intend to do that again with my new mistress, because of my hidden love and desire for her, I was nearly forced my wings off. Without my wings, I become powerless, no more granting wishes, no longer will I see my kin, if my wings are off, I will become human.'
