(已读完,表整个“读”)B、一般持续时间状语多与进行时连用 It was raining all night.(优先用was raining ,rained 为持续动词,故也可使用) He was writing a letter the whole of afternoon. She was having a lot of trouble with her heart.她昨天去看病了。她患了很严重的心脏病。7、与always,constantly等词连用,表示感情色彩。The girl was always changing her mind. 这女孩老是改变主意。现在完成进行时:是英语中,动词的一种基本时态,其构成为:主语+have/has+been+现在分词+其他成分。基本结构:I/we/theyhavebeen+动词的现在分词 He/she/ithasbeen+动词的现在分词在当代英语中,现在完成进行时有时也可用否定结构。如:Since that unfortunate accident last week, I haven’t been sleeping at all well. 自从上周发生了那次不幸事故之后,我一直睡得很不好.He hasn’t been working for me and I haven’t had that much contact with him. 他并没有给我工作过,我和他没有过那许多接触。否定句构成:主语+has/have+not+been+现在分词+其他一般疑问句构成:Have/has+主语+been+现在分词+其他现在完成进行时主要用法:(一)表示从过去某时开始一直持续到现在的动作,并且还将持续下去。The Chinese have been making paper for two thousand years.中国有2000年的造纸历史。(动作还将继续下去)I have been learning English since three years ago.自从三年前以来我一直在学英语。(动作还将继续下去)I study for English since 10 years ago.(二)表示在说话时刻之前到现在正在进行的动作。We have been waiting for you for half an hour.我们已经等你半个钟头了(人还没到,如同在电话里说的,还会继续等)(三)有些现在完成进行时的句子等同于现在完成时的句子。They have been living in this city for ten years.They have lived in this city for ten years.他们在这个城市已经住了10年了。I have been working here for five years.I have worked here for five years.我在这里已经工作五年了。(四)大多数现在完成进行时的句子不等同于现在完成时的句子。I have been writing a book.(动作还将继续下去)我一直在写一本书。I have written a book.(动作已经完成)我已经写了一本书。They have been building a bridge.他们一直在造一座桥。They have built a bridge.他们造了一座桥。(五)表示状态的动词不能用于现在完成进行时。I have known him for years.我认识他已经好几年了。&I have been knowing...这类不能用于现在完成进行时的动词还有:love爱,like喜欢,hate讨厌,等等。(六)一些现在完成时的句子也与现在完成进行时的句子含义相同延续性动词在现在完成时与现在完成进行时时态中使用,句意相同。例如:She has slept for 6 hours and still can not wake up.She has been sleeping for 6 hours and still cannot wake up.(七)表示现在以前一直在进行的动作强调动作的未完成性It has been raining for 3 days。现在完成进行时与现在完成时的区别:1. 现在完成时强调动作的完成,而现在完成进行时强调动作的延续,因此,表示动作的完成,只能用现在完成时,而不能用现在完成进行时。如:He has changed his idea. 他改变了想法。2. 在表示动作的延续时,虽然既可用现在完成时,也可用现在完成进行时,但现在完成进行时强调动作的进行。因此在需要明确表示动作还要持续下去时,应用现在完成进行时。如:We have been studying here for two years. 我们在这儿已经学习了两年了。3. 在许多情况下,现在完成时表示动作已经完成,而现在完成进行时却并非如此。如:He has cleaned the window. 他把窗户擦干净了。(动作已完成)He has been cleaning the window. 他一直在擦窗户。(动作不一定完成)4. 有些静态动词只能用于现在完成时,一般不能用于现在完成进行时。如:I’ve known him for many years. 我认识他有许多年了。The war has lasted for a long time. 这场战争持续了很长时间。5. 有少数动词(如live, work, teach, study等)用两种时态都可以,意思差别不大。如:I’ve lived [been living] here for 30 years. 我在这儿住了30年了。How long have you worked [been working] here? 你在这里工作多久了?6. 现在完成时与现在完成进行时的相通性:在表达一个从过去开始而现在仍在继续或刚刚结束的动作时,某些动词既可以用现在完成时,也可以用现在完成进行时,如:expect, hope, learn, lie, live, look, rain, sleep, sit, snow, stand, stay, study, teach, wait, want, work等。如:你学习英语多久了?正:How long have yon learnt English?正:How long have you been learning English?他已经睡了十个小时了。正:He has slept for ten hours.正:He has been sleeping for ten hours.
过去完成时与现在完成区别:1)过去时表示过去某时发生的动作或单纯叙述过去的事情,强调动作;现在完成时为过去发生的,强调过去的事情对现在的影响,强调的是影响。例:I saw this film yesterday.(强调看的动作发生过了。)I have seen this film.(强调对现在的影响,电影的内容已经知道了。)Why did you get up so early?(强调起床的动作已发生过了。)Who hasn't handed in his paper?(强调有包装,可能为不公平竞争。)2)过去时常与具体的时间状语连用,而现在完成时通常与模糊的时间状语连用,或无时间状语。一般过去时的时间状语:yesterday, last week,…ago, in1980, in October, just now, 具体的时间状语现在完成时的时间状语:for, since, so far, ever, never, just, yet, till / until, up to now, in past years, always,不确定的时间状语共同的时间状语:this morning, tonight,this April, now, once,before, already, recently,lately例:She has returned from Paris.她已从巴黎回来了。She returned yesterday.她是昨天回来了。3)现在完成时可表示持续到现在的动作或状态,动词一般是延续性的,如live, teach, learn, work, study, know.过去时常用的非持续性动词有come, go, leave, start, die, finish, become, get married等。例:He has been in the League for three years.(在团内的状态可延续)He has been a League member for three years.(是团员的状态可持续)He joined the League three years ago.( 三年前入团,joined为短暂行为。)I have finished my homework now.---Will somebody go and get Dr. White?---He's already been sent for.4)句子中如有过去时的时间副词(如 yesterday, last, week, in 1960)时,不能使用现在完成时,要用过去时。(错)Tom has written a letter to his parents last night.(对)Tom wrote a letter to his parents last night.与现在完成进行连用的主要时间状语:现在完成进行时所用的时间状语:all day / this month / week / recently / in the past few + 时间段; since +时间点; for + 时间段,等等。如:He has been working all day. 他整天都在工作。They have been building the bridge for two month. 两个月来他们一直在修桥。They have been planting trees this month. 这个月来他们一直在植树。&Car sales have been shrinking recently. 汽车销量近来一直在下降。Vera has been trying to learn Chinese for years. 维拉努力学汉语已有好几年了。He has been sleeping for ten hours. 他已经睡了十个小时了。Jim has been phoning Jenny every night for the last week. 上星期,吉姆天天晚上都给詹妮打电话。The two parties have been trying to unite since the New Year. 自从新年以来,双方就一直在试图联手。特殊疑问句:以特殊疑问词开头,对句中某一成分提问的句子叫特殊疑问句。常用的疑问词有:what、who、whose、which、when、where、how、why等。 特殊疑问句的基本结构是“疑问词+一般疑问句”。其回答应当是具体的。特殊疑问句句末一般用降调。&例如:How do I get there?&&&&&&&&&&&&&Why not?&&&&&&&&&&&&&What about the sports news? 常用疑问词可先分为3种:疑问代词:what(什么)who(谁,作主语)which(哪个,在一定范围内选择)whose(谁的,指附属关系)whom(谁,作宾语)疑问副词:when(何时,询问时间)where(何地,询问地点)why(为什么,询问原因)how(如何,询问手段,方式,工具以及程度)疑问形容词:what(which,whose)+名词例词:what time(什么时候) what colour(什么颜色)... ...how much(多少) how long(多长)... 特殊疑问句的特点:一、 特殊的疑问词: 特殊疑问句要由疑问代词或疑问副词开头,询问的内容不同, 使用的疑问词也不同。我们学过的疑问词有what(询问事物), how much(询问价格), what time (询问时间,尤其是点钟), what kind of(询问种类), why(询问原因),who(询问人), where(询问地点) 等等。如: —What is this? 这是什么? —It's a key. 这是一把钥匙。 —How much is it? 这个多少钱? —It's twenty dollars. 二十美元。 —What kind of movies do you like? 你喜欢哪一类型的电影? —I like action movies. 我喜欢动作片。 二、特殊的语序:特殊疑问句由疑问词开头,其构成是“疑问词 + 一般疑问句”。如: What time is it? 现在几点钟? Who is your teacher? 谁是你的老师?特殊疑问句有两种语序:1.如疑问词作主语或主语的定语,即对主语或主语的定语提问,其语序是陈述句的语序:Who is singing in the room﹖whose bike is broken﹖2.如疑问词作其他成分,即对其他成分提问,其语序是:特殊疑问词+一般疑问句(特殊疑问词+be/助动词/情态动词+主语+谓语)What does she like?What class are you in﹖Where are you from﹖What time does he get up every morning﹖How do you know﹖&三、特殊的答语:特殊疑问句不能用yes, no来回答,而应根据它所询问的内容直接做出回答才行。如: — What time is it, please? 请问几点了? — It's 7:30. 七点半了。 — Where are they? 他们在哪儿? —They're in the playground. 他们在操场上。 —What's your favorite subject? 你最喜爱的科目是什么? —English. 英语。 四、 特殊的语调: 一般情况下,特殊疑问句要用降调(↘)来读。如: Who's ↘that? How old is↘Jack?直接引语和间接引语:引用别人的话有两种方式,一种是讲述别人的原话,并把它放在引号里,这叫直接引语;另一种是用自己的话来转述别人,并且不能用引号,这就是间接引语。直接引语和间接引语之间可以互相转换。直接引语和间接引语关系:直接引语:直接引述别人的话(句子中有“”)。 间接引语:用自己的话转述别人的话,叫“间接引语”(句子中一般无“”)&间接引语在大多数情况下是一个宾语从语。直接引语变成间接引语时,要注意以下几点:人称变化、时态变化、宾语从句要用陈述句语序。1.直接引语是陈述句,变成间接引语时,由连词that 引导。例如:She said, "I am very happy to help you."→She said that she was very happy to help you.2. 直接引语是一般(选择/反意)疑问句,变成间接引语时,由连词whether或if 引导。例如:He asked me, "Do you like playing football?"→He asked me if/whether I liked playing football.注意:大多数情况下,if和whether 可以互换,但后有or not,或在动词不定式前,或放在介词后作连接词时,一般只用whether。例如:She asked me whether he could do it or not.He hesitated about whether to drive or take the train.3. 直接引语是特殊疑问句,变成间接引语时,由相应的疑问词who, whom, whose, how, when, why, where 等引导。例如:My sister asked me, "How do you like the film?"→My sister asked me how I liked the film.4. 直接引语是祈使句,变成间接引语时,把动词原形变成动词不定式,并在动词不定前加tell, ask, order 等的宾语。例如:The captain ordered, "Be quiet."→The captain ordered us to be quiet.注意:此种情况的否定句,在动词不定式前加not。My teacher asked me, "Don't laugh."→My teacher asked me not to laugh.&一些注意事项:(1)如果直接引语是表示客观真理时,变为间接引语,一般现在时不改为一般过去时。如:The teacher said "The earth goes round the sun."→The teacher said that the earth goes round the sun.(2)如果直接引语中有明确表示过时间的状语,变为间接引语时,一般过去时不改为过去完成时。如:He said to me, "I was born in 1973."→He told me that he was born in 1973.
(3)如果直接引语所述事实在当时和目前同样生效,变为间接宾语时,一般现在时不改为一般过去时。如:He said, "I'm a boy, not a girl."→He said that he is a boy ,not a girl.
(4)如果直接引语中的谓语动词表示一种反复出现或习惯动作,在变为间接引时,一般现在时不改为一般过去时。如:The girl said, "I get up at six every morning."→The girl said that she gets up at six every morning.
(5)如果直接引语中含有since, when, while 引导的表示过去时间的状语从句,在变为间接引语时,只改变主句中的谓语动词,从句的一般过去时则不变。如:He said to me, "I have taught English since he came here ."→He told me that he had taught English since he came here.
(6)如果直接引语中含有情态动词 must, need, had better以及情态动词的过去式could, might, should, would,在变为间接引语时,这些情态动词没有时态的改变。例如:The teacher said to me . "You must pay more attention to your pronunciation." →The teacher told me that I must (have to ) pay more attention to my pronunciation.He said , "I could swim when I was only six ."→He said that he could swim when he was only six. &(7)间接引语一般要用陈述句的语序,即主、谓、宾的顺序。例如:He asked Lucy, "Where did you go?"→He asked Lucy where she went.Tom said, "What do you want, Ann?"→Tom asked Ann what she wanted.直接引语变间接引语:A.一般不表示请求或祈使的句子改为一个宾语从句 1.连词 若直接引语引号里的内容是陈述句,那么改为间接时,要用连词 that (可以省略) ……………….一般疑问句,…….,要用连词 if/whether (不可以省略) ……………….特殊疑问句,…….,要用连词 wh- 即特殊疑问词本身(不可省) 2.变化 (1)主句动词的变化 一般说来,主句谓语动词常为said或said to,变为间接引语时,当直接引语是陈述句时,said不变。当直接引语是一般疑问句和特殊疑问句时,则要把said或said to变为asked / asked sb. (2)从句人称的变化 由直接引语变间接引语时,从句的主语人称要遵循一主、二宾、三不变的原则。①直接引语的主语是第一人称变为间接引语时要和主句的主语保持一致。②如果直接引语的主语是第二人称变为间接引语时要与主句的宾语保持一致。③如果直接引语的主语是第三人称变为间接引语时,人称不变。例如: ①They said, “We will go there by bus.” →They said they would go there by bus. ②She said to me, “Are you interested in science?” →She asked me if I was interested in science. ③His mother said to me, “He can't go to school.” →His mother told me that he couldn't go to school. (3)、从句动词时态的变化 a. 如果主句的时态是一般过去时,从句的时态则应是与主句时态相应的过去时态。①一般现在时→一般过去时;②一般过去时→过去完成时;③现在进行时→过去进行时;④现在完成时→过去完成时;⑤过去完成时→过去完成时(不变);⑥一般将来时→过去将来时。例如: The girl said, “I'm sorry for being late for class.” →The girl said that she was sorry for being late for class. b. 直接引语变为间接引语时,如果主句中的谓语动词是一般现在时或一般将来时,则间接引语从句的时态保持不变。例如:He says, “I have finished my homework.” →He says that he has finished his homework. She will say, “I'll do it tomorrow.” →She will say that she'll do it the next day. c. 直接引语如果是客观事实或真理,变为间接引语时,从句时态不变。例如: The teacher said, “The earth moves around the sun.” →The teacher said that the earth moves around the sun. (4)、指示代词、时间状语、地点状语和动词的变化 直接引语变为间接引语时,指示代词的变化为this→that, these→those等;时间状语的变化为now→then, today→that day, yesterday→the day before, tomorrow→the next day等;地点状语的变化为here→there;动词的变化为come→go(go 不要变come)。例如: 1. She said, “I will come this evening.” →She said that she would go that evening. 2. He said, “My sister was here three days ago, but she is not here now.” →He said that his sister had been there three days before, but she was not there then.
