Some 364 species of birds, including the rare Siberian crane, have

D. Humayun's Tomb, Delhi
This tomb, built in 1570, is of
particular cultural significance as it was the first garden-tomb on
the Indian subcontinent. It inspired several major architectural
innovations, culminating in the construction of the Taj Mahal. The
gardens also contain the red-and-white sandstone and
black-and-yellow marble tomb of Humayun’s wife and the tomb of
