有网友说从别的电脑上拷贝一个ntoskrnl.exe来替换，我从另一台机器拷了个文件过来，替换不了，说是要管理员权限，可我现在就是管理员权限，也有网友说替换了也一样会蓝屏，驱动都是在官网上按机型下的，还有系统重装过好几遍了，有次重装好系统，装好驱动，打好补丁（用系统自带的更新）后过段时间也蓝屏过，当时没装什么软件，连杀毒软件都没装。

开机马上按F8不动到高级选项出现在松手，选“最近一次的正确配置”回车修复，还不行按F8进入安全模式还原一下系统或重装系统（如果重装也是蓝屏，建议还是检修一下去）。

ntoskrnl.exe是保护性的进程，在你计算机反复启动的情况下出现。在正常情况下，在任务管理器是不会有该进程的。
1.建议您更新补丁；
2.由于长时间没有清理灰尘，机箱内灰尘太多；
3.是否有第三方杀毒软件？如果有的话，建议您禁用然后再查看；
4.扫描并系统文件，在“搜索”里输入“cmd.exe”，然后右击以管理员身份运行，输入“sfc /scannow”
5.扫描硬盘是否有错误，在“搜索”里输入“cmd.exe”，然后右击以管理员身份运行，输入“chkdsk”
6.通过WinPE光盘启动系统，然后从其他计算机上将C:\Windows\System32文件夹下的ntoskrnl.exe文件复制到自己计算机的相同目录下，重新启动。
7.如果最近有更换硬件，请您将新硬件更换回之前的硬件或是其他新硬件

你在pe下找到windows/system32/driver cache/i386/sp2.cab中有 ntoskrnl.exe，替换一下试试

如果是偶然蓝屏的话，直接重启就可以如果经常蓝屏的话，就要排查一下了1
硬件不兼容，这个只在组装机上才会出现，一般可以排除这个原因2
硬件温度过高，这个可以：1
清理一下机箱的灰尘，给CPU散热器更换硅脂2
看看风扇还转不，不转的话更换或者维修一下风扇3
安装一个腾讯电脑管家，使用它的电脑加速和垃圾清理来优化一下，减少CPU的发热鸭梨4
将机箱放到阴凉干燥通风的地方..

1、硬件不兼容，这个主要是发生在新装的组装机上，品牌机很少

3、软件不完善导致的，最近安装什么软件了没有？卸载了再试试

是的问题，那个文件是gpu的频率设置加载的win启动项里了，可以找专用的显卡软件修改一个gpu频率试试
和磁盘问题,先磁盘扫描是不是磁道好坏?

在路径“C:WindowsSystem32”下找到“ntoskrnl.exe”这个文件然后删除掉。

你好，你之前测试了么？我用Windows 7自带的内存测试进行扩展内存测试，缓存选择默认跑了两边。用了几个小时，查看结果无问题。跑linX25圈也没有问题。现在蓝屏码0X0000000A多次，0X个别几次。
