我是运动员进行曲，八月回家乡比赛，就放几天假，想趁妈妈不在家时做些简单

妈妈要回家乡做月子去了，我要一个人呆在家里，很寂寞也很想妈妈_百度宝宝知道本人是15年五一结婚的，然后种了颗牙，想三个月后（15年9九份）就可以安心的备孕了，由于和老公是两地状态，他放假回家也赶不到我的排卵期，到16年的4月一直也没有成功，我就咳嗽（白天咳嗽，晚上睡觉一声也不咳嗽），以为没事过几天就会好的也没吃药，谁知越来越严重，咳的我胸腹痛，害怕自己的肺有问题，就上医院拍片子（结果肺子没问题），又吃药了，（治咳嗽的过程挺痛苦的，各种检查，排除法也没有查到到底什么原因，最后我放弃了，药也不吃了）这个咳嗽耽误我4个月的时间。来到了16年的8月我的好孕到了，下面写的是我为备孕做的准备，仅供备孕妈妈参考。 拍完肺部ct我只能3个月以后要宝宝，也就是八月份，我就从7月份开始做了些准备的 工作。
第一:喝红糖姜水。我有些宫寒，每次来例假的时候都会有血块，工作环境也潮，听老人说伏天喝红糖姜水去寒气，我就从7月17号伏天的第一天上午喝一大杯，一直喝到我8月4日我来例假，红糖姜水我就不喝了。
第二:7月份例假结束我天天测排卵，找到7月开始日到强阳日间隔12天，强阳两天。
第三:喝豆浆，我是8月18号
亲有什么问题需要解答呢？
