most people spend nearly the whole adult life at work, so job satisfaction plays an important role in people's life. There are two questions,the former is what factors are good for job satisfaction,while the later is how realistic is the expectation of job satisfaction for all workers.
For the first question,I guess a fascinating environment is necessary,and increasing the quality of food can also be helpful.You know,being a good neighbourhood,people will be keen on their jobs and finish them more quickly.And if they eat well,their working time will grow,they can spend more time doing job,that will make profit for company.Besides,the security of workers is also a important element,because of safe guarantee,workers can make the most use of their time.
Well,for the second question,I personally believe that the most significant factor is fair.For instance,the company should make fixed strategies,consisting of fixed feedbacks and fixed punishments.If some people make a item for increasing company's profit，he or she should gain money or any other prices for reward.However,conversely,there is a person who make mistakes should have suffer fine even he or she is a manager.According to this ,everyone has the same right,all workers will be really satisfied with their job.
Overall about this issue,it is a clrear opinion for me that if the company want to develop the really job satisfaction,the good environmnet,the delicious refreshment,the security and the equal right are all considerable for all workers.

有可能会拉低一点分数。有没有6分要看你的表达能力，清晰度，流畅度等等。有些人跑题不过分也能拿到7分的。但是时间没到雅思口语打分内容不是关键评分项。但是跑题太多。或者最坏的情况是，考官知道你事先针对话题准备过了。考官最不喜欢考生事前准备了，这样会让他觉得很没意思。考官喜欢跟考生交流，聊天，而不是听考生背书。所以如果很不幸你分数不高，这个需要注意，可能是考官对你所讲的内容不感兴趣
不好估分。另外考官是否严肃和你的分数没啥关系，不能作为你估分的标准。建议你去官网看一下官方给出的各个分数的示例（视频），看看自己和哪个比较接近，但感觉 part3 的回答过于简单了。而且考官主要根据四个标准进行评分内容上你的 part1 回答的还可以、发音。不太清楚你回答的是否流利。祝楼主好运、是否使用了多样的词汇、语法怎么样、发音如何：流利性与连贯性、词汇多样性、语法多样性及准确性
