Make表示制造,可以是工业上的生产,make cars/ planes制造汽车、飞机,但不能表示通过种植而获得的产品,比如:make rice and wheat ;produce表示生产,它可以是工业上的生产,也可以是可以表示生产汽车、机器通过制造而获得的产品,如:produce cars/ planes生产汽车、飞机,也可以表示生产粮食蔬菜、通过种植而获得的产品

make/produce 二者用作动词作“制造”讲时,一般可以相互换用。例如:The factory makes (produces)cars.这个工厂制造小汽车。但它们的用法还是有区别的:make与produce的区别:make为普通用语,意为“做”“建造”“生产”,主语多为人,有时也可能是某个地点。例如:Would you make a cake for...
are produced 更合适。这句话的意思是茶叶出产于扬子江的南面。这两者的区别要具体问题具体分析。这里出产的意思用后者。make一般是制造的意思。

个人感觉用produced好,produce更倾向于人工或借助外力加工,
are produced 才是正确的。make是制造,从无到有地制造,produce是生产,工业生产,批量生产的意味更浓。另外do也有做的意思,是从有到无地做,比如do ones homework。 之所以有这些疑惑,大概是因为文化差异和翻译式地单一化学习导致的。
