PLC的恒温箱控制系统应用了温度传感器，流量传感器，液位传感器。通过拨码开关输入设定温度。设定温度与所测温度进行比较，通过PLC的控制使恒温箱温度恒定。恒温控制系统要求控制恒温箱水温在20―80℃之间的某设定数值。当水温低于设定值时，采用电加热升温。当水温高于设定值时，放出部分热水，启动冷却风扇使水流经冷却器向恒温箱供水。本系统以PLC控制器为核心，设计控制系统的硬件电路和软件程序，完成要求的控制任务。本系统设计还对PLC特殊功能扩展模块和BCD译码器做了简单介绍。

The PLC thermostat control system has applied the temperature sensor, the flow sensor, the fluid position sensor. Through dials the code switching input hypothesis temperature. The hypothesis temperature with measured that the temperature carries on the comparison,causes the thermostat temperature through the PLC control to be constant. Constant temperature control system request control thermostat water temperature in 20-80℃ between some hypothesis value. When the water temperature is lower than the setting value, uses the electric heating elevation of temperature. When the water temperature is higher than the setting value, emits the partial hot water, the start cooling fan causes the current of water after the chiller to the thermostat water supply. This system take the PLC controller as the core, designing control system's hardware circuit and the software routine, completes the request the control duty. This system design also has made the simple introduction to the PLC special function expansion module and the BCD decoder.
