不亮的LED已损坏，其它的颜色就要串联限流电阻了,白色和蓝色的3V电压没问题，可直接用！限流电阻一般用200欧左右就行了你没说LED的颜色，其工作电压为2V，估计你的LED是红色

我的是07年买的，是07款gl8，2.5公务舱。陆陆续续做了改装升级（详见系列帖子介绍）。本帖主要给大家详细介绍如何修复空调面板仪表灯，中控面板的拆卸及仪表灯修复可参照本帖方法。
空调面板的仪表灯已经有几个不亮了好长时间，清明放假期间，拆下来做了修复。下面详解：
用到的工具和材料：焊枪、焊丝、松香、迷你虎钳、镊子、绝缘小石棉套管、560欧姆电阻、黄白光led灯珠、钳子、大小螺丝刀、小六角螺丝刀。

二、拆卸空调面板
上车将空调面板拆下：十字螺丝刀拆下左右点烟器附近的固定螺丝，拆松中控面板；卸下空调面板的左右固定螺丝，将后面插头小心拔下（有凸耳固定）；将空调面板拿回家里继续折腾。。。

三、拆解空调面板模组
首先拔下调风旋钮，用力拔就可以拆下；将面板翻过来，用小六角螺丝刀（建议大家买一套各种异型头的螺丝刀套装）仔细拆下8颗固定螺丝（顺便说一下中间的空调面板是4颗固定螺丝）：

仪表板打开后，可以看到共有5颗照明灯，都是12v氖泡，灯位分布：

用12v备用变压器检测发现有三个照明灯是坏的，将好的氖泡换到已经坏掉的风量开关指示灯：外面是一层蓝色硅胶套，这样显示灯光为蓝色的，将好的氖泡套上硅胶套并换上，后窗雨刷开关仍然用好用的那个氖泡。
下面重点介绍坏掉的灯的修复。。。

五、坏掉的照明灯的修复
修复方案：用暖白的led灯珠串接上分压电阻进行修复，根据我加装的实时电压表（见我的帖子：）验证，车打着火后电压为14-14.2v；所以分压电阻用560欧姆正合适，试了下，发现led灯珠如果换上后，会比原灯高一些，在灯位里试了下，发现不会影响开关的动作，窃喜了下下，哈哈。重点提示：1）焊接后分压电阻要尽量少占用小灯座的内部空间；2）由于led灯珠的原连线过粗，很难安装到旋入式灯座的卡位，所以一定要把led原连线换成电阻剪下来的细连线；3）一定要在焊接好的一端套上短的绝缘石棉套管（led会有一定热量）做好绝缘。下面上图：

将石棉套管套上led正极，并按照原车指示灯的安装方法安到灯座里，做好的led指示灯总成和原车指示灯总成的比较，明显高了一些：

将修复的指示灯总成安装到灯位里，这里重点提示：可以在恢复空调面板后再安装也可以，方法是用尖头镊子插入指示灯总成的旋入安装孔，插紧顺时针旋入90度即可，所以，如果风量开关的指示灯没坏，完全没必要像我这样全部拆解修复，只要将坏掉的指示灯取出修复就可以了；另外，led灯珠是分正负极的，如果旋入不亮，只要拿出来转180度再安装入灯位即可。
六、恢复空调仪表板
窍门提示：由于这个面板的开关都是机械式的弹片，恢复安装时容易挪位，为保证精准安装，将面板中的各个开关模块分别取出（风量控制开关可以不取出）安装到底座各对应位置，再把面框安装并卡好凸耳固定，最后上好8颗内六角螺丝就ok了。
下面介绍下我运用这个空调面板的闲置两个开关位加装的两个带指示灯的备用开关的操作，加装的目的是为以后的diy改装提前准备，呵呵。

七、加装带指示灯的备用开关
面板上最右侧有两个备用开关位，原以为里面是有开关总成的，打开之后发现里面是空的，只是有两个开关样的盖板以保持外观，只好在这个开关盖板上做文章了。

方案：加装备用的船型开关并在下部diy翠绿色led指示灯。用我自制的塑料加工工具（制作见我的帖子：）按照尺寸开孔并用锉刀修整。将加装的船型开关安装到位，重点在指示灯：我的指示灯罩用的是用尽的粗签字笔芯做的：按照孔的宽度剪取一截笔芯并压成椭圆，将两脚掰平的3mmled灯珠放入并注入透明绝缘耐高温的705硅橡胶：

待稍凝固后，将自制的指示灯灯组嵌入开关盖板的空隙中并在后面继续用705硅胶固定封闭。
将两个开关指示灯的led灯珠的正极分别焊接到船型开关的输出端，负极串联焊接560欧姆分压电阻并到一起作为led灯珠的负极取电，这样，当船型开关闭合，led指示灯就会亮起来。最后用电线将船型开关的输入输出焊接延长线，以便以后diy接入使用。最后将延长线及led取电负极从备用开关位上部的预留孔穿出。下面上图，一看明了：
已经做好备用开关并恢复的空调面板，下面的线就是备用开关的接线，那根黑色的线是led的负极取电：

电源内阻不变的情况下，E=I(R/4 RX) 你确实是并联，少年，才能正常发光，得R=105？图是串联的.75就是说干路串联一个124欧的电阻，如果是并联，R直接用欧姆定律，RX=123
