2009年自动豪华版，水沁蓝。目前开了65000公里多一点，离换要求的8万公里还有段距离，但毕竟时间到了。老婆怀孕，考虑到“一旦用车绝对不允许出现任何故障”的事实，遂决定更换正时套装。废话少说，上图：

B50是所有大众EA113的1.6L发动机最难换正时的一款车，因为原厂的发动机仓设计过于紧凑，空间极小，需要把发动机顶起来，而且配合着“拆很多东西+升降机”才能搞定，很难有师傅可以3小时内完成，绝大多数都不愿干。我找的是奔腾4S的一位高手，哈哈，2小时32分钟就换完了，灰常熟练、很有经验。

这是拆下来的原车电机皮带张紧器，跟新的比较下（德国舍弗勒的INA子品牌，北京总代理拿的货，连包装的防潮纸都是世界级大牌子，感兴趣的可以百度一下）：

拆下来的原厂博世铜镍合金火花塞，上次缸线漏电被迫换上（Estore、力爽等均不可靠，想改装的一定止住欲望，规规矩矩用原厂德尔福或德国Bremi缸线）。开了一阵子实在太费油，这次必须换成NGK双白金单铱金也行，就是没有2978长效，2978还便宜点）。对比下新旧火花塞：

说到这里，不得不卷两句奔腾B50的三通件：是在TMD缺德，就为了这“金属件”和“塑料件”成本差就让广大车主以身犯险，鄙视！看看淘宝店主奔腾车友处买来的全不锈钢三通，加工工艺灰常考究，灰常结实，车子跑报废了也坏不了，哈哈：

看看保护正时套件（术语其实是叫“时规套件”）的时规盖，就是这里的拆装，真的考验技师的水平和经验，还好是奔腾4S店出来的：

由于当时施工很紧凑，为了不给技师添乱（实际上，我取景、拍照没少添乱），就略去具体拆卸各类零件的施工照片（记得拆了副驾驶轮胎、电机皮带、发电机、引擎右前底座、电机张紧器、喷油嘴管子、防冻液壶等）。迅雷不及掩耳之势的拆卸后（还得说有经验的4S技师，轻车熟路，门儿清），露出正时套装的真容：

拆下来的皮带与新皮带比较下：原厂马牌（HNBR显示为加强型橡胶，适合发热量高的德系车引擎）和美国岱高，138齿，2.3宽，皆为HNBR材质。原厂皮带不太厚道，应该选择稍好些的盖茨品牌，成本考虑啊。

我这条岱高的正时皮带从上海购得，阿根廷产。原厂马牌的产地不详，估计是苏州的康迪泰克工厂。正时皮带的发明人是美国岱高公司，个人感觉这个身份应该不会质量说不过去，肯定比盖茨和马牌强。

新旧水泵对比：原厂是“4LR”的长春富奥水泵（比河南西峡“7SV”的水泵差一个档次），也是PPS8叶泵，也是INA淬火轴承，但肯定比不过路维（有兴趣的百度下舍弗勒-路维的历史，可追溯到二战时期）。

换正时前，防冻液壶提前加入一罐“水箱清洗剂”跑了高速，代替清洗水箱了。换正时流出的残液已把锈迹洗干净，旧水泵叶片很干净。

2个师傅一起施工，三通换完了90%，哈哈。逢接头必须厚厚抹胶，用钢箍抱死卡严，确保万无一失、滴水不漏。
