怎么把主机文件复制到hypery -hyper v虚拟机机

Win2012下用hyper y跑黑群晖,没有做raid,宿主机到dsm只有50-60的速度,宿主机和dsm通过网路到其他主机都有110左右,win2012的磁盘性能这么低下?

NAT等于宿主机和虚拟机之间内部有一个虚拟网卡连接,虚拟机不访问外网时不需要和物理网卡通信。应该会快。Hyper里面设成nat?
