10年6月买的车，风里来，雨里去，基本没出过什么毛病。总体来说，除了动力差点，其他还是比较满意的.后面说说陆陆续续改的一些东西，第一步是改的。原厂的14寸加铁皮轮毂买车的时候就不顺眼了，一直想换掉，但是新轮子折价卖掉不划算，一直等到的差不多了才换的。一开始只想换成原厂15寸的就行了，不是不想换16以上的，关键是便宜的副厂货我不敢用，进口的品牌轮毂太贵，原厂的16 寸轮毂又很少，能用的只有POLO上的两款，但是样子不好看，直到一天无意中兜某宝的时候看到了我心目中的她――运动版的双五幅原厂戴卡轮毂。

和晶锐rs同样的款式，区别在于rs是17寸的，而晶锐运动版的是16寸的，价格也能接受，立马和店主联系并沟通好，到货后仔细分辨，确认是正货。关于轮胎方面，因为每天要跑70公里左右，并对胎噪什么的不敏感，所以只考虑便宜货，当然质量要确保的。
大家都知道，晶锐的后桥不管什么版本的都没有羊角，而新POLO都有羊角，晶锐要改后的难度大了很多。一般改后碟刹有两种方案，一种是直接换带羊角的后桥，就是代价太贵，一套碟刹要2k左右，一根带羊角的后桥还得1.5k左右，性价比不高，不过安全性最好了。还有一种方案是用转接桥码，后桥上先装轴头，然后是碟刹盘挡板，再是桥板，用加长高强螺丝固定。

这种方案的话可能有两个缺点，要换螺丝，原装螺丝长度应该是够用的，但是屁股太大，会碰，要换那种短屁股没自锁垫圈的螺丝，如果螺丝质量和强 度能保证的话，安全性应该是没问题的。还有个缺点是桥板的平面位置比原装羊角靠外侧，而轴头等还是按原装位安装的，分泵支架必须固定在桥板的反面，才能保证碟刹盘在支架槽中间，而且并不是很居中，感觉不是很爽，不知道有没有什么其他的负面影响。现在说说我的方案，我的也是参考第二种方案并延伸出来的，第一步，找个原厂带羊角的后桥，把羊角整个面用白纸拓下来，然后用卡尺之类的工具把所有的螺孔和羊角上的孔精确测量，翻成电子版加工图。

第二步找块10mm厚的钢板用激光或线切割加工，10mm规格的钢板一般实际只有9mm左右，正好和原厂羊角的厚度一致。第三部就是安装了，把原装鼓刹全部拆除后，先后桥端面除锈，把加工好的钢板用轴头螺丝定位并固定，然后用电焊把钢板焊在后桥上，切记电焊要兜一圈。焊渣敲除后用角磨机打磨平整，上防锈漆。然后按常规安装后碟刹套件即可。原装轴头螺丝不够长，要换加长的，可以用桑塔纳上的一个什么螺丝代替，维修店伙计帮我找的，强度也是10.9级的，外 面卖的所谓高强螺丝不敢用。还有钢板上的螺孔不能攻丝，比螺丝略大就可以了，孔太大了螺丝受力不好，我是用激光加工的，螺丝塞进去正正好好，基本没有余量。焊接加高强螺丝，我想安全性应该不会有问题吧。这个方案唯一的特点就是后轮距会增加18mm，我原本就想增加轮距来着，所以不能说是缺点，何况轮距增 加的不是太多，降低车身后也不会碰轮眉，操控上也不会有什么影响的。

这样改好已经两三个月了，基本每天半载在烂路上颠着，前几天换避震的时候顺便看了一下，一切完好。结合之前换的宽胎，现在刹车更有信心了，点头幅度小了很多，刹车距离没测过，不过朋友试过了我的车，说比他的没改过的刹车好很多，一点就有，越踩越有。下一步就是等前刹车盘磨损得差不多了，直接换装宝来1.8t的288mm盘和分泵，这样就和奥迪a1和polo gti的刹车配置一样了。不过还要搞一副gti的前羊角才行，开销太大了。当然还可以用原来的羊角改制，这样成本就低很多了。
第三步是重头戏――b12避震上身。前段时间朋友的polo上了b8+hr的短簧，安装好当天晚上来诱惑我，看到他的车眼前一亮，原来suv的车身低了很多，坐进去感觉像是小跑车，路上兜了几圈，哎，那操控没说的了，切弯，变道什么的一气呵成。就觉得太硬，路感过于清晰，感觉很颠，怎么说呢，就像是硬板床一样。在朋友的诱惑下也想进一套b12，就是觉得他的有点硬，所以没考虑配hr的簧。据说爱巴赫的红簧比黑簧更硬，但是比黑簧能降得更低，所以又想降得更低，又不想太硬，一直在黑簧还是红簧中纠结，毕竟是家用车，还得考虑坐后排的感受，所以最终还是决定买黑簧，不巧的是黑簧暂时缺货，又想赶在年底前装车，只好买了红簧。

东西一收到就连夜安装了，简单说一下感受吧：只能说万幸买的是红簧，比hr的舒服多了，没hr这么硬的感觉，和hr一样的支撑力，跑每天上下班的烂路比原厂的减震更舒服，没有坐船的感觉了，过些坑坑洼洼的地方更平稳，如果hr的短簧像硬板床的话，那么红簧就像是硬板床上加了一层垫子，过坑时会缓冲一下，但是支撑还是很到位，重刹点头更小。转弯速度快的话也没有原厂避震那种好像要把人甩出去的感觉。现在的高度是前后各两指，如果是黑簧的话，可能后轮要三指左右了。安装方面原想每个步骤都拍下来，做个详细的作业，安装的时候人手不够，我也在帮忙，所以后轮安装就没有拍。
