1：安装基本组件
第1步：下载Matlab2013a，并Winrar等解压缩工具解压到Matlab2013a文件夹中；
第2步：双击setup.exe，开始安装；
第3步：选择“不使用Internet安装”，下一步；
第4步：选择“是（Y）”， 下一步；
3：第5步：输入安装密钥：-，下一步。
4：第6步：选择“自定义”，下一步；
5：第7步：选择安装目录，下一步；
6：第8步：选择Matlab组件（License Manager 11.9根据个人喜好选择，我安装时选择了）
7：第9步：一步一步到安装完成，激活；选不使用internet手动激活；找到光盘目录下的:\serial\license.lic激活；
8：第10步：第8步中若选择了License Manager，则出现这一步；
9：第11步：根据个人喜好选择快捷方式，下一步；

全新的Matlab2014上半年a版本已经如期到来。MATLAB 2014中文版是美国MathWorks公司出品的商业数学软件，用于算法开发、数据可视化、数据分析以及数值计算的高级技术计算语言和交互式环境，主要包括MATLAB和Simulink两大部分。它将数值分析、矩阵计算、科学数据可视化以及非线性动态系统的建模和仿真等诸多强大功能集成在一个易于使用的视窗环境中，为科学研究、工程设计以及必须进行有效数值计算的众多科学领域提供了一种全面的解决方案，并在很大程度上摆脱了传统非交互式程序设计语言(如C、Fortran)的编辑模式，代表了当今国际科学计算软件的先进水平。
安装包及激活工具下载
软件下载地址：  大小：7.33G
破解工具下载：  大小：3.3 M
本软件安装的最重要的一点：
整个安装过程请在断网的条件下进行，请拔掉网线，断开无线网，切记，否则安装不成功
查看自己电脑是32位的还是64位的，并记住它！具体做法：右击“我的电脑”-----“属性”，就可以看到自己电脑的系统类型。
window8及windows8.1系统自带虚拟光驱，可以直接双击“Mathworks.Matlab.R).iso“进行安装，其他的系统请自行百度下载“虚拟光驱”软件安装后载入软件镜像进行安装。
用虚拟光盘加载后，点击setup.exe
选择“使用文件安装密钥”
许可协议选择“是”
选择“我已有我的许可证的文件安装密钥”，并输入密钥：-
选择安装路径，这个根据自己的习惯吧，建议安装在非系统盘。
选择要安装的产品，根据自己的需要进行选择，建议全选，然后下一步
勾选“桌面”以及“开始菜单中的程序文件夹”，下一步
点击“安装”进行安装软件
这一步就是自动安装的过程，其间你可以做任何其他除了操作电脑的事情，静静地等待它安装完成
等待安装完成之后会立马出现这个画面，请务必勾选“激活”
请务必勾选“不使用Internet手动激活”
选择“输入许可证文件的完整路径（包括文件名）”。浏览到下载的破解文件里的许可证“license.lic”
激活完成。注意：此时请别急着打开软件，请自行破解后再运行
请打开提供下载的破解文件下的“serial“文件夹。根据自己系统的打开相应的文件夹，32位系统请打开“Matlab32”，64位系统请打开“Matlab64”
将打开的文件夹下的“libmwservices.dll”拷贝到你所安装的Matlab2014a的bin文件里面替换原来所存在的“libmwservices.dll”即可
所有步骤完成，启动即可使用，激动人心的时刻已到
