　　别逗比了，一个社会，国民创造了多少财富才能享受多少财富。　　很多国家搞免费教育的钱也是来自老百姓辛苦劳动创造的财富，来自老百姓纳的税。　　国家穷的一逼还免费教育个毛。

　　对于公知来说，只要民煮什么都是免费的，他们根本看不到实际情况，眼瞎了。
　　15岁的话应该是初三吧，初三学费相当于人民币1200元，学费真贵，跟我们这高中学费差不多一样了
