你在查一下甲状腺自身抗体，和甲状腺彩超。看看是Graves甲亢，还是自身免疫引起的。如果是Graves甲亢，可以用抗甲状腺药物治疗。如果是自身免疫引起的，甲状腺毒症不是很明显的话，可以先不用抗甲状腺药物治疗，试试喝中药调调，如果甲状腺毒症严重，则可适量用抗甲状腺药物治疗。
