麻将牌：筒条万中发白共120张，4家各堆15墩牌
点数总和确定起牌方位，小点决定起牌从第几墩开始，大点决定从最后数起翻出癞子的位置。
首局随机当庄，黄庄庄家连庄，庄不算翻，谁胡牌谁当庄。
起完最后一张牌并打出一张无人胡牌
武汉晃晃行牌操作
1. 可吃，碰，杠，乱将。
2. 可自摸胡和点炮胡，无一炮多响，无过水不碰和过水不胡。
3. 杠牌时掷一个骰子，骰子点数是几，就从最后一张数起第几墩牌上面一张。
牌型分值：（黑的翻倍）
有吃或碰或明杠，点炮胡（屁胡胡点炮）
点炮者2分，未点炮者1分
有吃或碰或明杠，自摸胡（屁胡自摸）
3家分别给3分
无吃或碰或明杠，自摸胡（门清）
3家分别给6分
7对牌，不可暗杠或明杠
自摸3家分别给12分
点炮者给8分，未点炮者6分
7对牌中有四个一样的牌，或有3个胡另一个，不可暗杠或明杠
自摸：在七对的基础上乘2
点炮：在七对的基础上乘2
超豪华七对
7对牌中有2组4个一样的牌，或有1组4个一样的，且有3个一样的胡另外一张，不可暗杠或明杠
自摸：在七对的基础上乘4
点炮：在七对的基础上乘4
胡牌时手上或杠上加起来有4个癞子
在算分完成后加10分
胡牌时手上无癞子
1. 胡牌时总分不得低于18分
2. 胡屁胡牌型时手上癞子数量不得大于或等于2；
3. 胡小刀牌型时手上癞子数量不得大于或等于2；
4. 胡七对或大刀时手上可以有任意数量的癞子；
5. 一赖到底：当胡任何牌型前杠过癞子，胡牌时手上的癞子数量不得大于或等于2
6. 胡牌时手上不得有红中发财
杠上开花算自摸不另外加分
1、抢杠：当自己先碰了一嘴（比如三万），又摸到三万，在杠牌时，其余三家只要听三万，即形成抢杠胡牌，付给胡牌方80分。
2、接招：当自己用4个同样的字杠的时候，杠后打出的牌比如三万，其余三家只要听三万，即形成接招胡牌，付给胡牌方80分。
3、红中杠或赖子杠后打出的牌不会被抢杠或接招。
4、见字胡不可以抢杠，接招和胡点炮。
但是下面情况可以胡：比如七对听胡，有两个赖子，胡九筒和见字胡，别人打九筒你可以胡点炮或抢杠，接招（其他牌型同理）
