我脚背跑步的时候扭伤了，大概一周前，到现在为止两周了，淤青已经没有了，但是脚背还有一点微肿，请问是怎么回事？该怎么办呢？怎么消肿？可不可以用茶油涂？我在国外买不到什么中国的药，这几天还得上课，脚肿了实在怕怕，请问该怎么办，怎么消肿？:
