remain 是vi. 不能直接加n词
remain 是不及物动词，remain my weight, 错！remain your goal 错！remain exactly the same，对的，都是这里 remain 是系动词+表语 exactly the same。care 后面要使用宾语，要加 of, about 等。I have to take care about my weight.
1.做系动词时不是加adj吗？2.像smell,touch,feel这类系动词不是一般都解释为“........起来&吗？那如果是remain,stay这类系动词要怎么判断他们什么时候是系动词，什么时候是行为动词呢？3.名词也能做表语吗？那为什么remain my weight不能看做是 'remain 是系动词+表语&，而remain exactly the same却可以呢？
应该是逻辑上的问题用watch说明，他的体重已经存在问题，需要小心应对，而不是保持remain，care weight似乎没有这种用法，care about weight常用些希望能帮到你，不明白还可以追问.如有帮助，请采纳.

B是注意的意思，但是我必须要注意自己的体重
肯定选watch啊，因为watch有个关注某个动作变化的意思，二remian时仍然意思，常考结构是it
weather、、、、还有remain作为保持后面是跟形容词，而此题后面不是形容词，还有答案D作为在乎常放在否定句和疑问句中，此题是一个几年前的高考题，我就在课堂上讲过
