在以here, there 开头的倒装句中，
句子中用一般现在时，表示正在发生的动作或者存在的状态
Here comes the bus.汽车来了

Here goes the bell

你也可以说，look, a man is standing here
两者的意思上没有区别。
但是在使用的语法规则上是有区别的。
后者使用了完全倒装。
意思上没区别 后面是倒装句
The bus is coming (there).这样表达可以,习惯把there省略。is+现在分词表明正在进行的动作，不能倒装。
There coms the bus.是倒装句，正常顺序是The bus comes there.
意思上没区别
前句为正在进行的状态，后者表示的是一种状态
首先，后者为倒装。
前者表示现在进行时，表示汽车正在驶过来了，而后者则只表达迎面来了一辆车，并不强调时间。
